Okay I tried posting this on Reddit but it wouldn't let me post anything so I'm gonna do it on here. I have this really bad need to track everything I do, like I have an app for literally anything I can track; my food intake, my mood, my sleep, my medication, my weight, everything I do in a day, my school work, literally anything I can track, I will. I recently got a fitness watch and I check the app multiple times a day to see how many calories I've burned, my heart rate ect. Anything I can look at I will compulsively look at, there are times I freak out if I can't track something. Even my forking music, I got an entire app to track it(and paid for premium, though it was only one purchase of 4 dollars so I didn't mind), and I refuse to listen to music on any other platform or device that won't track my music. Sometimes I'll think about that maybe I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder(OCD), but I don't want to sound like one of those people that's like 'I love cleaning so I must have OCD🤪'. It'd be really helpful if anyone could help on this<3
