I freaking despise so many of these so-called vegan companies doing filthy shit like this
A little over a month ago I went to this great **Black owned** vegan place in Baltimore, MD called Grub Factory. I went with two of my friends and we had a blast! While I was there I had the cheese steak, at the top, which was absolutely huge btw, some mac and cheese, and some tots. I order a chicken sandwich and cinnamon roll to go to eat the next day.
First of all, that was the best cheese steak I have ever had in my 25 years of life. Did I mention it was huge? It was huge! So huge I couldnāt finish my sides so I had plenty of leftovers. The vegan steak was delicious, the cheese was delicious, the mayo was delicious, the bread was delicious, everything about the thing was delicious. The mac and cheese was also delicious as well as the tots.
The Chicken sandwich had coconut bacon on it along with the assorted veggies. It was also very tasty. The cinnamon roll not so much. I didnāt enjoy it honestly but it was worth a try I guess. My friend ordered chocolate chip cookies which were much better, nice and chewy! The atmosphere was also nice; It was chill.Ā I definitely plan on returning next time Iām in Baltimore!
This post needs to be shared in all the blogs.
I didnāt know Mr. T pityed foolās that werenāt woke, but thatās awesome. #respect

First of all whoever made this is the biggest self hating coon ever, assuming a black person made this. Secondly how dare you disrespect a black woman with her natural hair, and last but not least, the indivisual that made this meme was probably hurt by a black woman with locs. Any black person that agrees with this picture is beyond lost and a product of white supremacy. Love your natural hair and embrace what the creator has blessed you with. #AfricanKing #AfricanQueen #Problack #IAmZdattone #Uda #Lumumba #Messiah #RBG #Rasta #proafrican #God #IAmGod #Jah #keytolife #blackwomen #blackfamily #blackmen #blacklove #knowthyself #knowledge #Africanculture #African #blackunity #nubianqueen #nubianking #panafrican #panafricanism #wise_creator by wise_creator https://instagram.com/p/7cQZqZnAV9/
What the fuck, how did we go from loving ourselves, with all this black pride in the late 60ā²s and early 70ā²s, bck to hating on ourselves and our people, I just cant fathom it
So itās important to understand and know that even during our most pro black / black power era there were black men and women who were still anti-black. There are many documentaries and books of that time and they talked about how there were black men and women who were in organizations like the black panthers acting as willing spies for the CIA the FBI working to undermine said organizations. They talk about black men who even during this time had great disdain for black women and would do everything and anything possible to be with white women. These people have always existed. Theyāre not a creation of the 2000s, social media, television or otherwise. Theyāve been with us forever. They are a byproduct of slavery and white racism. They go all the way back to Harriet Tubman who said she would have saved more slaves had these people known they were slaves. These people are slaves now and still donāt know it.Ā
So thatās a part of our human journey as black people and as human beings. The difference between then and now however is that internet and social media has amplified these voices. It used to be that if a person was ignorant like this he was contained within a community however now that ignorant dude gets online and finds 20 other ignorant dudes from different parts of the country and together they formed their own little online community of ignorance and their voices are now amplified. In the real world it is still 1 dude in Seattle, 2 in Chicago, 3 in New York, 5 in North Carolina and 3 dudes in Wyoming. However online when they get together it feels like a hundred because theyāre constantly tweeting, blogging and putting up these ridiculous people memes and images. And letās not forgetĀ the work of those in ādigital black faceā where white people use Googled images of Black ppl as their profile pic and start tweeting all manner of anti black shit that we attribute to black men. I often wonder how often we fall for that as well? Add to that the anti-blackness in Asian, Hispanic and Native cultures who take these words, add to them and spread them like wildfire and yes indeed those 20 guys from around the country feel like 200. Back then during all black power movements if it was 5 dudes in the city, it was 5 dudes against 50 non ignorant, pro black dudes and so the 50 pro black dude could easily drowned out those 5 asses. Not so much nowadays.
So itās important to understand that ignorant black men and women have always been with us and will always be with us however we continue to push our way forward in life and we shall continue to do so. Weāre not getting rid of these types of people and sometimes I wonder just how much energy should be spend on them at all. They are not going away no more than lying and cheating is going away so we may need to adjust our view and reaction to them. That being said, letās not romanticize our black power era. I think doing so would belittle just how much work and how awesome those men and women actually were. They fought against obstacles both outside and inside the black community and against enemies in white and black skin.
Yes please read all of this
āŖFor those who weaponize the verse āwives submit to your husbandsāāwhy do you relish this verse so much?
For those who yell āThe End Timesāāwhy do you relish this idea so much?
For those who brandish āhellfireā and believe in āeternal tormentāāwhy arenāt there tears in your eyes?ā¬
Because those people are evil to their core and want nothing but to have people submit to their own selfish desires
SHEāS NOT THE PROBLEM!!
When you find out your man is cheating on you, first thing is you want to know everything about the āother womanā. You literally pour over all of her pictures on social media, looking for and enjoying every single flaw.
Being cheated on can tear you to emotional shreds and you have every right to be mad as hell. If you want to tear that woman down, youāll tear her down. What you shouldnāt do is to keep blaming her for what you man did to you. That other lady is little more than a stranger to you. Yeah, sheās got to be pure evil to steal another womanās man, but thatās really not the point. Sheās not the one who committed to you and promised to be true to you, and then cheated on you. More importantly, if it wasnāt her, it would be someone else. As a woman, when you are cheated on, it feels natural and comfortable to focus on the other woman instead of your boyfriend. You would even want to reduce her to just another āBecky with the good hairā, haha.
Hating her doesnāt cost you anything except emotional real estate. Letting go of your hatred for the other woman will force you to confront the terrible truth that you invested myself in a man who would never invest in you.
Despite the internet witch hunt for āBecky,ā BeyoncĆ© herself spent far more time in Lemonade exploring Jay Zās betrayal and her own feelings about his infidelity. Iām sure Beyonce knows damn well how little the other woman matters itās too bad the rest of the world still hasnāt gotten the message. Let go of your anger towards the other woman. Itās misguided.
He is right theyāre NOT LISTENING.
i feel like this is important for black travelers who are driving long distances:
but what are some sundown towns do yāall know of? like if someone were to do a cross-country trip, what are some towns they should absolutely not go through?
Small towns in south ga and noth fla
Ga: Jonesboro, tifton, Albany, valdosta, Macon
Fla: Gainesville, Perry, Madison, Marianna, Quincy, Jefferson county, hell I wouldnāt stop in Tallahassee either
Texas: Vidor, Orange, Deep Santa Fe
Texas: Jasper & Lumberton
Iām from Albany and recently the police beat up a young brother for no reason. They were attempting to say he had drugs but he of course had nothing.
If you go to Stone Mountain and find yourself on the trails close to night leave because they still have active Klan rallys up there
I was driving through north Florida during the day and I felt uncomfortable
The Negro Motorist Green Book was guide for black folk traveling in the 60s. Itās gives a breakdown of sundown towns. 50 years later, Iām sure itās still relevant.
I feel like the Deep South is just a gamble.
Ohioā¦just in general
Be safe out here

Report: 95% Of Grandfathers Got Job By Walking Right Up And Just Asking
Fun story my history teacher told us: his grandfather during the industrial revolution walked past a flyer which said ālooking for smart strong boysā so he went into the factory, said āiām strong and smartā, and he had that job from age 13 to 78
and this is why they expect the younger generation to simply āget a jobā ahh itās so much clearer now
#basically everyone aged Baby Boomer and up #still canāt wrap their heads around the fact that thereās no such thing as ājust walking inā anymore #like the majority of jobs youād actually want require online applications and youāre lucky to get a rejection emailĀ (via halffizzbin)
Hereās another fun story: My boss decided to slap my work phone number on all the ads we post looking for newspaper carriers. So I receive a bunch of calls from people looking for jobs. Working only part time, Iām not usually there when they call, so they have to leave a message and I take their info to pass on to my boss. Sometimes it can be weeks before my boss calls any of these applicants back, if at all. How the callers respond to not getting a callback varies. Most donāt do anything, but some call again. If the person sounds young, they may leave another message clarifying their qualifications and reaffirming their interest. If the person is old, and I can always hear it in their voice, they respond by getting mad, threatening to cancel their newspaper subscription, and occasionally swearing. The older generation is used to getting a callback, and an immediate one, so they throw a tantrum when they donāt get what they want.
And everyone calls Millennials entitled.
Mind. Blown.
This is great info, but the way the headline is phrased made it sound like they got the job of being a grandfather by walking right up and just asking
^^^ thatās what I thought too lol
This wonāt make your blog look ugly. How could you not reblog this? REBLOGGING THIS COULD SAVE A LIFE!!!
This goes for assholes, too, guys. I know a couple who went tubing once, and they had to re-air their tubes, but the guy thought it would be funny to stick the tip of the air compressor up to her bikini trunks, the air ruptured something inside her and she died within thirty minutes.
WHAT?
The thing about this? Itās in every pregnancy book Iāve read.
WHAT?????
Why is it in pregnancy books but not sex ed books?
Heard some important information on Twitter today, and thought Iād post it here for anyone who may not have heard it. This is actually a thing, devised by human rights organisation called Karma Nirvana.
Reblog to save a life?

This is so damn pathetic. Donāt pay attention to these sorry ass claims that black youths are attacking white people for seeing Black Panther!!! Imagine lying about a serious matter for the sake of demonizing a race. People are fucking terrible.Ā
Hereās the proof that they got this photo from the internet:Ā
This can be fucking dangerous because an actual white supremacist can take this bullshit story as truthful and do god knows what. Donāt fucking lie on us.Ā
Thereās more
ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦..
Did people forget about that white woman a few weeks ago that poured acid on her face and tried to blame it on black people. There's so many times when white people did the most just to try and get some black people killed
