Been excited to draw again and really inspired by #drawingwiffwaffles so this is the front cover of my latest sketchbook. I’ve never done anything like this before and wondered why I’ve always been so serious about keeping my sketchbooks the way I got them, so I really tried to have fun with this. I drew one of my cats with alcohol markers, scanned it, blew it up, printed it, cut it out, painted that circle pattern on, glued the picture over that, and added stickers and details and outlines. It's Voldemort's 92nd birthday today! I wasn't sure what to do this year, and the only relevant thing I could think of is that EVERYONE and their grandmother is joining the SSBU roster. I cheated a bit this year, too. I just took a picture of a Voldemort figurine I have, edited out the background, and did some digital effects like enhancing the font and that black fire stuff. It's not great, but it'll also be the first New Year's I don't spend until 12:05am super rushing to get it done.
