Mad scientist/Child clone of their lover. A scientist clones their beloved in an attempt to bring them back to life (and back to them) but something goes wrong, and they end up stuck with a child version of their lover. As the child grows, the scientist starts developing some complicated feelings towards the kid, the more they start resembling their lover the worse these feelings become to deal with, even worse if the scientist and their lover were childhood friends or had known each other since. They either try to hide their lustful feelings from the child or grooms them since day 1. You could call it love at first sight in its purest (lol). The closest example I have of the clone thing is the bond between Emperor Belos (Philip) and Hunter from TOH.

Childish older sibling/Mature younger sibling. I haven't seen many fics that explore this trope. Most of them have the younger sibling as the naive, innocent one, while the older sibling is either the spawn of Satan or the voice of reason. And don't get me wrong, I like that dynamic much as the next person. But I personally prefer it when the younger sibling is the one who has to take care of their older sibling, whether because they can't keep themselves out of trouble, they're mentally unstable, or they're simply less grounded to reality than the younger sibling. After all, maturity and intelligence aren't directly tied to age. I think one of the best examples of what I'm talking about is the relationship between Lizzie and Mika Samuels from TWD.
