Overeating=self h@rm in my mind

Why do i continually do this to myself, put myself through such pain, disappointment and self hatred. It’s fucking simple, you dont like to be fat, you dont wanna be fat so eat small to stay small. Food is not fucking comfort, whatever reaction your brain is getting from stuff your face and stretching your stomach isn't worth the intense dread that WILL follow and destroy me. Overeating feels like self- H@RM. I'm killing myself when i do this, disrespecting my body, it’s disgusting. im hurting myself mentally and physically, you have a tiny stomach stop stretching it past its limit.
