I am now living in San Francisco, CA. Working at the Bay Club Company as the Cafe Chef and Manager. Here I am able to blend my knowledge and love for nutrition and healthy food with the skills I learned at the Culinary Institute of America. Prior to this I worked with Chef Adam Timney at the Starbelly restaurant in the Castro. I work as a line cook and an offsite catering assistant with an amazing team. Cooking farm fresh California cuisine almost entirely farm to table or made in house. The Starbelly bacon pizza is amazing, as are the fish tacos, the Sunny Joes, and the French Toast! If you live in the area, stop by and enjoy some great food! In March 2012 I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). It was a dream come true!! I was up in Saint Helena, CA in Napa Valley wine country doing the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program (ACAP).
