My cat had a urinary tract blockage and kidney failure. Today we said goodbye. I hope that animals go to human heaven. I also hope there IS a human heaven.

Today’s debate is: what’s better, tamales or tacos?

Hello. Humidity? Is that you? My god, I’ve missed you.

I received my first COVID-19 vaccine. The injection itself was painless. Two days later, I had a slight headache and some chills but nothing interrupting.

The longer the pandemic goes on, and the longer the weather is bitter, the more comfortable I am getting being isolated and alone. I can’t be the only one.

Side parts, skinny jeans, and the crying/laughing emoji are all out and grounds for Gen Z to make fun of everyone else. That’s ok. The world’s only yours for a little while, Zoomers. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Valentine’s Day. I hope whoever reads this gets flowers, and chocolates in a heart-shaped box. I hope you get a fancy card with sparkles. I hope you feel treasured on this day, and every other day.

There’s a cat that was dumped in my neighborhood and I started feeding him last summer. Now, he’s moved in and stares at me accusingly when I’m minding my own business.

It’s like 15 degrees outside and that is inappropriately cold. Layering for warmth and survival ain’t a ‘fit.

I’m obsessed with Dr. Now and My 600lb Life. I also frequently have snacks while watching.
