I love my canon 5d mark iii but I had a 6d and for $1000 it’s great for the price and gets the job done

I currently have a Canon EOS Rebel T3 and a EFS 18-55mm lense. If I want to shoot landscape which of the two would be a better option? An EFS 55-250mm or EFS 100-300mm lense

Well I would get something that’s more wide for shooting landscape, but between the two get a 55-250mm
