My brother took me thrifting Thursday. Just a small haul. I love that I found a spooky sounds cd.
I said this year is the year of the bathroom! What wacky Halloween thing have I found now? A Spooky bathroom scale! Even though I haven't weighed myself outside of the gym or doctor's office in 20 years, I feel like it completes a bathroom.
I know I said this was the year of the bathroom but laundry is bathroom adjacent? It's where I get changed and leave my clothes. So anyway, I got a few laundry related finds. Some mesh bags for washing delicates, a ghost laundry basket, garment bags for my EGL dresses, and a new ironing board cover to complete it all. Now if only there was pumpkin spice laundry soap lol

Howling Good Halloween Recipes, Publications International, 2000
This year I'm sending out Halloween cards and care packages to friends. These are my cards and the bookmarks I will be sending. I got the stickers as envelope seals. I am still on the look out for sticker sheets I can put inside too.
As for the care packages, I always send one friend things for her children. I'm planning on sending some spooky books with the candy this year. I thrift Goosebumps books and have tons of doubles I'm sure they would enjoy.
So I bought some exfoliating mitts and spooky patches to make some more bath time accessories. I bought a box to make several but when the package arrived, my family saw me open it. Long story short they all took off with a mitt leaving me just one. But at least I'll be able to tell mine apart from theirs in the bathroom.

When I haven't been hunting things for the apartment, I've been making them. I started a little wooden summerween garland.
I got this cute ceramic dish. It's supposed to be for jewelry and stuff, but I think it would make the perfect soap dish for those oversized scented bars you get at Homesense. So it's going in my bathroom.
Payday pick ups! First for the bathroom is a jack o' lantern toilet roll dispenser from amazon.
Then I went back to temu for the ghost ice bucket/ I've cube tray.
And lastly another vintage reproduction canvas art for my wall.
I love vintage and classic Halloween the most.
I always say my kitchen is complete, then something I never even thought of appears. Like this pumpkin ice bucket. It makes 60 cubes. There is a ghost bucket too I want to go back for. It makes 72 cubes! I live for ice water so it's a must.
Last week I found these ones that make little skulls. Perfect for my skeleton mini bar, and perfect for crunching. I am an ice eater.
And lastly, I found this pumpkin sandwich cutter. I have many spooky sandwich molds and probably have a pumpkin already but for $4 I wasn't leaving it.
I don't know if I posted these before but I got a case of these toothbrushes on Alibaba. There were other shapes but the seller was nice enough to send me all pumpkin and skull ones like I asked. I am one more step closer to becoming a sentient Halloween decoration.

Today I found the perfect bath mat! This year is the year of the bathroom, and I really want to focus on it. Last year I got my whole kitchen wishlist so let's hope I have the same luck this year with bathroom stuff.
Today I bought some canvas wall art. I love the vintage reproduction images. They should fit in with my diecuts nicely. I needed something more for my walls. Now I just need to find cuter frames.
