Meeting Jihoon was a rather embarrassing memory, for you at least.

It was the beginning of fall and you were in a crazy rush to get the production for your college’s play done and over with, to which you were one of the main actresses as well as production leads.

Yeah you weren’t going to get any rest any time soon, that’s for sure.

You were a theatre major who was in a lot of the college’s plays as a main actress or at least a major role in the production, so you of course had almost no outside life of college.

You didn’t mean for that, you just worked really hard on the productions that time runs short and you have that, college work, and work to juggle with that you kind of forget about having free time.

Meanwhile Jihoon was that cutie barista at a cafe on one of the main streets.

But this isn’t just Jihoon, this is cough Tinkerbell cough pixie Jihoon.

He loves working at the cafe and making people’s days with coffee.

Even serving the not-so-nice customers made his day.

So Jihoon worked Mondays through Fridays.

And needless to say both of your lives shouldn’t really intersect.

That is, until your friend from the play, Sohye, recommended the cafe to you one day when you two were taking a small break from scene shifts.

“The place serves amazing coffee, Y/N, you really need it.”

“What? Pfft, nah. Coffee? Who needs that, I run solely on pure acting gusto--”

“I saw you mourning your spilt coffee the other day saying how that is the only reason you life.”

“...Listen you got me there but there is no need to EXPOSE ME LIKE THIS-”

So you wrote down the address and at least promised to visit it on her demand.

( She actually recommended because she saw a cute barista and went “This girl needs a man.” Get yourself a wingwoman like Sohye. )

And so you went on with your day.

You actually forgot about the cafe until the end of one of the overnight rehearsals.

Deciding that the one you usually frequent was way too far, you decided to check out the one she recommended.

The first time Jihoon saw you was in the morning around seven a.m. on his Tuesday shift when you came in all dressed up from a morning rehearsal in theatre.

You were dead tired and really just needed some coffee in you and go back to your apartment to get all of this makeup off.

You hated overnight rehearsals so much but this was the last one before the show so you were powering through it until the show day.

You came into the cafe in your outfit from the rehearsal and a tired expression on your face but to Jihoon you looked like a goddess.

He legit tripped over the broom he was using to sweep the cafe floors with, I guess he fell for you.

You were looking over the menu as Jihoon rushed back behind the counter and pushed Hyeop out to the back.

( “Dude what the hell--” “Please do me a solid and let me have this.” )

Jihoon put on his best smile and stood at the counter right when you came

“Hello! Welcome to Maroo Cafe, what would you like today?”

You look up and wow that is a nice sight to see at seven a.m.

Jihoon was smiling brightly and his face was free of any tiredness and - how is he this awake this early? You envied his enthusiasm this early and totally ignored how cute his face and voice is.

You didn’t.

You flushed a bit and mumbled out something similar to “Iced mocha with a shot of espresso.”

He smiled and nodded, and started to write the order on a cup.

“And your name, miss?”

You don’t know why you panicked, but you just looked at his nice face and nice voice and nice body that you just -

“H-hong Sera.”

“Alright, Sera, your order is coming right up.”

You mentally scolded yourself like - Hong Sera is the character you play in your theatre’s play and it is not, in fact, your name.

You sat down at a table and held your head in your hands as you berated yourself over your tongue-tiedness.

You are an actress, you usually don’t get that tongue tied but you just…

Got really lost in his eyes…

You heard a “Hong Sera” and turned your head up and quickly got up to get your drink.

“Thank you, Sera-ssi, have a nice day!”

Jihoon smiled and waved and god you knew you were screwed.

You ended up coming back the next day, costume free this time, and were determined to actually tell him your name this time!

But of course, you see him and this time he has a flower crown from one of the customer’s in the cafe and you just about lose all sense in your brain and mouth. 

“A chai latte for Hong Sera!”

You mumbled out a thank you and sipped your latte in the corner while trying to figure out some way to give him your actual name.

You could slip him a note that says “Hey I’m not actually Hong Sera but my name is actually L/N Y/N and I accidentally told you my character’s name in this play I’m doing because I got lost in your eyes and nice face.”

You put your head on the table and groaned catching the attention of Hyeop who was serving a table to the side.

“Ah, miss? Are you okay?” you mumbled something incoherent. Hyeop recognized you as that one girl Jihoon wouldn’t shut up about around break and thought of something.

He rushed to the back after smiling and giving a menu to a table with two elderly ladies before nudging Jihoon and motioning towards your table.

You had your head in your arms and was contemplating how you want your gravestone to be.

You wanted to have someone put your body standing up outside of it, that way if someone asks where your body was it was outstanding.

You heard someone cough above you and look up to see the source of your problems.

The cutie barista.

You sat up abruptly and began stumbling over your words.

“Ah, sorry for the disturbance-- I’ll just--”

You began shuffling around and picking up your stuff and Jihoon panicked a bit because-

What if you don’t come back?

He scrambles around to write something on his notepad and slip it into your bag as you rushed out and sighed.

Wait.

He just realized what he wrote on the note.

‘Hi, my name is Jiu Hoon, I think you’re really pretty, call me sometime? XXX-XXXX’

(“I can’t believe we both messed up our names.”

“At least my name was close to what my actual name.”

“How do you mess up spelling your own name that bad though? Mine was because it was my character!”

“Okay can you hush and just help me get my wings through the vest?”

“You’ve had these your entire life and you still can’t do this on your own?”

“You humans don’t make clothes designed for wings!”

“Well excuse me princess!”

“Yah!”)

( Hyeop sighed thankfully as Jihoon slipped the note in his bag from where he stood hiding near a plant.

He was so sick and tired of hearing Jihoon gush about you. You seemed like a nice person, but Hyeop can only take so much from his coworker before he snapped.

“Same, honestly.” Hyeop jumped as he saw a girl from the table next to the plant speak to him. She had a large hat and sunglasses on, which contracted from the fact that it was rather cloudy outside.

“What--” “I’ve been trying to get Y/N to come here and talk to that barista boy for weeks! And then I hear that she didn’t even give him her right name!”

“Wait, I’ve been trying to get Jihoon to talk to her!”

“Did we just become friends?”

“I think we did, my name is Kwon Hyeop.”

“My name is Kim Sohye.”

both you and jackson opted to go out for halloween rather than staying home to give out candy because

let’s be real here

both of you are children at heart

you had opted to dress up as a cute little witch

you even had a little plush cat that was tied to your shoulder

and jackson dressed up as thor

with fake muscles

“they’re real!”

you didn’t go trick or treating mind you, but you did walk around the town for a bit before finding a haunted house

your face paled because ghosts

so did jackson’s but he figured he could be strong for you

oh jackson sweetie

so he puffed up his chest and held out his arm for you to take before you two entered

“jackson this is a bad idea-- are you shaking?”

“what- no- this is nothing!”

you weren’t so sure because the further you two progressed in the house, the tighter he held your arm

“jackson do you want to leave--”

“no! listen w-we got this okay! i got you.”

honestly you weren’t that scared anymore because you had a clingy wang puppy to look after

it was quite a look for the scarers in the house

this tall buff man in a thor costume cowering behind this tiny lady in a witch outfit

a fake spider landed on jackson’s neck and the octaves he reached

he hid his face in your hair as he back hugged you

“jackson it was a fake spider please”

“canweleavenow-” he coughed “i mean, yeah i just uh, was testing my vocal chords yeah.”

“jackson you’re a rapper.”

“rappers rap at higher pitches too.”

you snorted as he snuggled back into your back

sure you were scared but, knowing you weren’t the most scared one here made you feel a lot more confidant

“cmon you big baby, lets go.”

and so you continued

jackson got paler and paler the deeper you went into the house

there was a kid crying in the corner and you, the concerned being that you are, went to go check on the kid

jackson was screaming no in a whisper yell to you

“this is how people get killed in horror movies!”

you rolled your eyes and continued

why don’t you just stop her jackson smh

you were about to tap the kid on the shoulder

when the kid literally turned their head 180 degrees

and smiled at you with bloody teeth

“do you wanna play with me?”

yeah nope nevermind getting out right now

that is not a kid that is a DEMON

you went back and grabbed jackson’s arm and got outta there

more things jumped out to scare you now

you two hurried through the house as the both of you screeched

you finally reached the end and jackson’s soul was leaving his body

you were a bit pale yourself but you were almost sure that jackson was a ghost now

you just pat his back as you two started on the way back home

“never again”

“yep.”

as you two talked about random things, you slowly calmed down

in fact the night out was really nice, it was kind of cloudy but it was mostly nice

then you know, some kids decided to prank you

by jump scaring you and jackson from a bush

cue loud screaming as jackson picked you up and ran

“THIS IS THE WORST DAY!”

jackson ran you all back to the apartment and slammed the door open, scaring the shit out of jinyoung who was on candy duty for trick or treaters

lol all the candy spilled over and jinyoung looked like he was about to have a heart attack

“what the hell you two, why did you do that?!”

you and jackson looked at eachother, and just laughed

you and jihoon were an odd pair, that’s for sure

while both of you did wear the standardized uniform at school, both of you had completely different fashion tastes outside of it

jihoon has all these bright colors and… really mismatched items

meanwhile you had mostly dark colors but they went well with your pale skin

and your eyes were a really light blue which drew in a lot of people

many would ask for you to speak your home language and you were getting tired of it

while he was very popular because of produce 101

so of course he was asked to do aegyo,,, all the time,,, he wanted to just hide forever by that point is this his legacy

what about his dancing to turbo or get ugly

relentless teasing from members about aegyo that he can only escape at school

so he thought, no one escapes it

meanwhile

you had this natural beauty about you that allured people

everyone could tell that you weren’t korean, what with how your eyes and hair was

while hair could be dye

no contacts could ever be that blue

if only they knew you had a secret

that you hid in your medicine bottle that no one is allowed to touch

and the reason you really don’t smile that wide

most say it was from how you grew up and that you had this “princess” aura about you

so they secretly conspired that you were a princess in a protection program

ha, you didn’t need a protection program

because after living for nearly seven hundred years, you can protect yourself

the way you and jihoon met was

rather odd to say the least

you two shared the same culinary class and were cleaning up after everything because it 

was both of your turns to do it

mind you, jihoon has never spoken to you before and vice versa so it was a very quiet and awkward clean up as everyone was outside the class

the only sound there was was the faint sound of band kids sobbing into their instruments playing their instruments and the loud voice of the teacher there

and as he was scrubbing down a table he heard you curse quietly

thinking you had cut yourself he quickly looked up but he just saw you standing in front of the soap dispenser

he blinked as you kept swiping your hand in front of it before huffing and just going back to the sink to use dish soap

weird

he didn’t really pay much attention to it afterwards

until it happened again a month later when they were on clean-up duty again

and this time he heard more words rather than just quiet curses

not,,, that he was paying close attention,,, he’s scrubbing at this spec on the table really hard okay

“why do they need sensors, this is just as bad mirrors… damn humans…” 

that kind of threw him for a while because

uh? damn humans? 

“what?”

you startle and turn around, looking at jihoon who is staring with wide eyes

you laugh awkwardly and just wave it off

“oh don’t mind it, i say it as a joke a lot..”

he didn’t look convinced

it was an awkward staring contest as jihoon squinted at you

your eyes were looking away from his yet he still noticed the sheer power of them even if they weren’t directed towards him

if he looked harder, he could see how two of your teeth were a lot sharper than others when you spoke

that, coupled with dislike for going out in the sun and dark clothes….

“are you a manga artist?”

jihoon what the fuck how did you even-

“what? i don’t read manga...”

“i mean--” 

he hit himself on the head out of sheer embarrassment

why did he say MANGA ARTIST how does that even correlate

you two stood in silence before he laughed it off

“ah, sorry. my bad for assuming something like that, ha ha look at the time whoops i gOTTA GO FEED MY ROCK-”

and he was gone and you were left standing there

“what the fuck”

someone please pray for this boy how do you mess up that badly 

after that, he started to pay attention to what you do because something seemed really off about you to him

you noticed but you really don’t peg him for the type to really get it

not after that incident at least

he had his own assumptions

you were either a drug dealer or a vampire

either were likely honestly

he noted that you ate with a few girls at a table in the corner who were as pale as you were so he noted that down for drug dealer

( “jennie did you get the blood packs yet? feeding is soon.” 

“y/n i swear i will, it’s not exactly easy going around asking “hey, can i have your blood for me and my friend’s insatiable blood urge?”” 

“okay i don’t need your SASS right now girl.”

“girls you’re both pretty can i please eat my burger in peace” 

“how did you even get a burger lisa?”

“magic :D”

“i forgot you were a witch to be honest-- wait why can’t you just magically make the blood packets appear then?!” 

“jennie we talked about this, burgers are more solid than blood and who knows what could go wrong because blood and magic don’t mix well”

“why am i friends with you two”

“because we’re your buddies who have been with you through thick and thin?”

“and we are the only supernatural people here.”

“jennie i was trying to have a moment why do you ruin these things.”

when you laughed, your fangs showed

wow you sounded really pretty laughing actually-

“don’t get distracted!” he mumbled to himself, causing looks from Woojin sitting beside him

he flushed and sat back down, trying to get the sound of your laughter out of his head

the more he observed you, the more he noticed small things about you

you wrinkled your nose when you were embarrassed

or giggled into your hand while blushing

anyways moving on

he observed you for maybe a month before he had to leave for a week due to schedules

which sucked because he was finally onto something

yeah maybe that big crush you developed

he is able to get back around the time of halloween which is actually great because the teachers don’t assign anything

(unless you had mr. kwon, to which I wish you luck because halloween he dresses up as a devil, which is no different from his usual attire lol

so he had more time to figure out if you really did sell drugs)

or were a vampire

but you couldn’t be a vampire

honey you have a big a storm a comin

come halloween day he dressed up as a pixie because he couldn’t find anything else in time with all the rush of schedules and comebacks from before

and everyone's in costume wow 

he was pretty sure he saw someone dressed as a bandit and he just got memories to guanlin “bandit” face mask and had to hold in his laughter

he looked around for you and

you looked

you had a long deep red, nearly black dress on

your hair was down and curled

and when you turned around his breath was taken away because

halloween was a special time where they did allow makeup, and your face was done up and

your already flawless skin had slight blush on, ruby red lips, and striking red eyes

which you could change on your own actually

you could physically see the arrow go through jihoon’s heart and at that moment he knew he was screwed

come time for break he see’s you walking off somewhere and of course his investigation is nowhere near done

so he follows 

don’t do this kids, you’ll be the first to die in horror movies 

he see’s you sipping something red outside and it is coming from your medicine bottle he saw a few times

wait

is that

“is that blood?”

you turned around so fast and was on him in a flash

he screamed like a girl let’s not lie here

“i PROMISE NOT TO TELL I FIND YOU REALLY CUTE I DON'T WANT YOU TO LEAVE I KNOW YOU’RE A VAMPIRE!”

“what”

“i mean what”

it's awkward for a bit before

“wait you knew i was a vampire?”

“wait you’re actually a vampire?? I thought you were a drug dealer..”

“how did you come down to that conclusion???”

“i'll be honest, it was the soap dispenser thing.”

“soap dispensers are evil i tell you.”

“okay but, you could have just used the hand soap in the first place?”

“while you aren’t wrong, i still find them evil.”

“you literally suck blood out of people.”

“okay you got me there but i am not like that i drink from blood packets.”

“oh.”

then it's silent again before

“so what was that about me being cute?”

he flushes and stutters out for a while

“w-well you see i uh, well i erm uh, i kind of, like you? like likey like you and i don’t actually know how to do this but uh i find you really attractive like when you laugh and smile my heart beats a lot and uh..”

you smile softly at his rambling before putting a finger to his lips to hush him

wow they were soft

“if it helps any, jihoon-ah, i likey like you too.” and the way you smiled sent his heart beating a mile a minute before he smiled again

“so… does that mean we can date?” jihoon was nervous and he heard you giggle as you pecked his cheek

“of course it does, jihoonie.”

he smiled and hugged you tight, and you sighed and rested your head against his chest and felt his heart beat

it was a nice sound

a sneeze broke you two out of your moment as you two turned to see the rest of his members standing there, waiting to pick jihoon up for schedules

some had shocked looks but some just looked smug

“you know i’m not actually surprised, manager is a vampire too, but i didn’t think jihoonie would be one to fall for older women.” - Minhyun

cue your startled laughter at that as the they come over and finally talk to you 

they heard so much about you already from how much jihoon rants when waiting before shows lol

and jihoon just hides his face in his hands as the rest of the members coo at him for finally confessing and some go to talk to you

namely daniel, seongwoo, and jaehwan

the three weren’t scared of you at all

in fact they found it cool that you were a vampire and asked a lot of questions

like how it was to be a vampire for a while, if you had any powers etc.

to which you just shrug and say it's kind of like being human, only not really eating food, just blood

you also mentioned you could change your eye color and wipe memories if need be

they aww’d and ooh’d at that

they were really close to you as they asked like the kids they were

jihoon looked up from being poked at to see them asking you about the whole eye color thing

and how close they were to you

and maybe it was because you were finally his

or the distance between you and his members

but something in him snapped

and he rushed over and pulled you away, an arm curled around you protectively

“mine.” 

if you didn’t see him just stuttering and blushing earlier you would have found that kind of hot except this man was in a pixie costume and wings and not at all intimidating

so you just giggled at him

“aww, is someone jealous?”

“what- no- im not- shut up i’m not-”

“sure you aren’t jihoonie.”

“i’m not!” 

you just smiled at him and pecked his cheek again

“come on, you have a shoot to go to and i have to go finish up my food.”

he was blushing red but stopped you

“wait i dont have your number yet can i--”

you just took out a pen from your bag and wrote your number on the inside of his arm

“message me after the shoot is done, cutie.” 

and you walked away into the shadows and wow

jihoonie is standing there staring, face beet red, before guanlin nudges him

to which jihoon turns back to see the rest of wanna one smirking

“so jihoonie~.”

it was at that moment that jihoon knew

he was screwed

it was worth it though,

he got a girlfriend and figured out that you were not, in fact, a drug dealer

( “okay lisa did you record that?” 

“sure did jennie.”

“perfect now we have evidence on y/n--”

“and what do you two think you are doing back-- were you spying on me and jihoon?!”

“cmon y/n, you keep talking about him to us that it was getting old, so of course we are gonna follow him when he follows you!”

“what if he didn’t like me? what if he exposed me?!”

“okay but listen, we are your friends, and lisa is a witch, we know he wouldn't.”

“yes jihoon?”

“you know that soap dispenser was hand-push right?”

“he told us day one, didn’t any of you listen? a lot of people in the industry are supernatural creatures, apparently.”

if someone were to look at you, they would straight up say that you were scary

you didn’t really get it honestly

sure you wore darker colors than most people but that is just because you didn’t want any of your brighter color clothes to get stains at work after school

you work at a local cat cafe, by the way

you really just like taking care of cats

you would adopt one of the cats but your dad’s allergic

and you can speak to customers and coworkers well and are polite

yet at school you don’t really talk to many people because honestly?

people are exhausting

and most of them you can’t hold a conversation with because they just don’t find similar interests

like certain t.v shows or cats actually

well you can talk to one person

that being seongwoo but that is only because he’s your co-worker

and it's mostly to find out which shift either of you are covering

most people just talk about boring things and

one of those boring things includes relationships to which you just go

“why can’t we just talk about cats instead”

you know who else likes cats?

student council president and dance team leader kang daniel

peter and rooney are the loves of his life he swears

he is loved by all the student body and is an angel

he is also a really good dancer, thus why he is the leader of the dance team

honestly people are surprised he isn’t taken by anyone

he just says “he’s waiting for the right one” and just blushes at his cheesiness

its honestly adorable

so someone like you

who tends to avoid people, wear dark clothes, scares people

who prefers books to people but is just really, really, really shy

and daniel

who is loved by a lot of people, socializer, and is even the student council president

and is not shy lies

what are the odds right?

you were working your shift at the cafe after school when it started to rain and you thanked the stars you had a spare umbrella

of course when you were washing the window to the cafe you saw someone standing out there under the awning

which didn’t really cover them very well

and you figured

“must have gotten rained in..”

you debated it for a moment but quickly ran to the staff room and grabbed your umbrella

it was a very light pink which honestly wasn’t very you

but it was a gift from a friend from a long time ago and you weren’t about to just stop using it for its color

you stepped out of the cafe and quickly and walked to the stranger

“here, you need it more than me.”

and quickly putting it into their hands (you couldn’t see their face from their hood)

you ran back inside the cafe

but daniel saw you

in fact he was the one you gave the umbrella to

small world, huh?

he was running home from dance practice and it started to rain and he hid under there to try and stay less soaked and maybe wait out the rain

when you came out and handed him your umbrella and

it was pink, which from what he knew of you wasn’t very you

he saw you from time to time around school

noticed you were very pretty yes he did

and he knew you didn’t really talk to anyone and that kind of broke his heart cause

okay he has a crush on you but that is besides his point here

he knows you don’t actually try to be scary, he has known you since elementary

and that you are just really shy but

he hasn’t found the right chance to talk to you yet

and he looked back towards the window and saw you run in to serve customers and

where was that really shy girl he knew?

what he saw was you, in your apron and uniform, smiling at the customers and helping a kid with a kitten

picking up the cats gently and feeding them and showing the kids how to and

wow his heart is beating really fast

and his face feels really hot and he just feels like a pile of mush

because just seeing how much care you put into this and how happy and smiling and-

you almost caught him staring and he turned really quickly to look like he was fiddling with his phone before he looked down at the umbrella and smiled

he opened it up and stepped out into the rain and started home but

he really wanted to see you again

well of course he has to see you again he has to return your umbrella

so he started his plan

meanwhile you sighed as you just looked outside later to find it was still raining but

you did something nice for a stranger and you smiled softly to yourself and pulled up the hood on your black coat, sprinting home

you got sick for a few days lol

one day when you came back into class after being sick, you noticed that there was a coffee there

and you thought it was someone else’s and almost threw it away

but you saw your name on it and just went “???”

you looked around the classroom but no one else was there and you just shrugged

you sat back down and left it at the corner of your desk and that’s when you noticed other writing on it

“I’d give up one of my nine lives for you ❤️”

and you’d be lying if you didn’t blush a bit but you were also confused

and you thought it was a prank so you were wary

you tasted the drink and you were

surprised?

it was your favorite drink?

now things were getting freaky because you don’t have anyone you really told that to so you are wary of it but

well

you aren’t about to turn down a free drink

so you go on with your day

meanwhile

in a certain president’s room

daniel is freaking out to seongwoo

“dude what if she doesn’t like it”

“daniel i work with y/n, she drinks this all the time”

“yes, well, still! she may think it's poisoned or something oh god”

“boi”

and this pattern continued every day, a different line on the cup every time

“im feline fine now that i have seen you.”

“how you feline? cause you purrfect, i’m not kitten!”

and so on

they were honestly, really bad

like cringeworthy vomit bad

but you found them nice nonetheless

you also noticed something weird

usually people steered clear of you in class and tend to sit away from you but

kang daniel is sitting next to you

now you have seen daniel around a lot since elementary and have noticed him of course

who wouldn’t

he was a really kind guy and you may have had a crush on him before

or now

but that isn’t important everyone has a crush on him

you thought you had no chance

so you just ignored it

until he asked you for a pencil

you looked up and saw him smiling and just nodded quietly and handed him one of yours, which was actually bright orange

actually if someone were to look at your stuff, the only things that were really black was your clothing and bag, the rest of the stuff was rather colorful

he beamed and thanked you and you swore you saw buddha right then and there

you had to turn away quickly to hide your blush

you said “your welcome, oppa” and went on with it

meanwhile daniel was blushing himself because he did it! he talked to you!

and wow your voice was really cute

so days went on like that

you got mysterious coffees from someone and daniel kept sitting next to you, asking you various things

you two actually started to talk more

(which surprised people but it wasn’t unwelcome

there were bets being made

aka started by seongwoo

on how long it would take for you two to start dating)

you two talked about favorite breeds of cats and daniel got into discussions with you about drama endings which,,, surprised you because

kang daniel? soft over fight for my way? unheard of

but he was really into it

because he saw you were watching it while waiting for class one day and asked if he could watch with you because he missed the showing last night

it was the start of a beautiful friendship

you two talked about anything and everything and suddenly that dreary morning period didn’t seem so bad anymore

you kind of felt sad when class ended and you had to stop talking to him

come saturday night and you are regretting

and he beams at you and thanks you and you feel yourself blush but

you two continue to work together

seongwoo quietly tiptoes upstairs as you two continue to work

you two end up getting your homework done and soon you are just talking about things and

daniel is smiling so much at you and you are doing the same and it's honestly so nice

he just thought to himself as he heard you talk about the differences between ae-ra and seolhee that

and it's really awkward between you two and daniel just sighs and

“well i had wanted to do this a whole different way, maybe with flowers, but...”

you look at him in confusion and he just blushes a bit before smiling at you

you and daniel giggle like the dorks you are and you just stare at eachother and smile

daniel holds out his hand and you take it quietly and you just lean against each other

“I don’t know how these things work but… i want to make this work with you. will you be my girlfriend?”

you smile up at him and his heart is fluttering

“of course, who else would i argue about the heirs with?”

both of you were blushy messes when seongwoo came back down from his “bathroom break”

he was hiding on the staircases holding back sobs of joy at his friend finally getting with you like a proud parent would

“so uh, i take it things went well?”

he asked all cheekily and then you realized

“you set this up on purpose!”

“so i did, well would you look at the time my parents are coming home soon and you all need to get home to sleep, ta ta lovers!”

and he ushers you two out with your stuff and the two of you are left standing there before both of you giggle

“i admit, i kind of want to hit him for setting us up like this but i should also thank him.”

“because without him, i don’t think i would have ever been able to confess to you”

there you go red again, and even redder when daniel takes your hand in his and you two start to walk home

daniel just murmurs into your hair as the sun sets in the distance

as if someone just stole something from him but he doesn’t know what

he wrinkled his nose before shrugging and going back to his show)

(when you two came to school the next day, there were posters that had “FINALLY!” on the front and it said that you and daniel got together and you both looked at eachother before sighing.

it was one of the rare days Jisung had off and he wanted to spend it with you!

the comeback is really putting a toll on him and he needs his energizer there with him to rejuvenate him and provide him with cuddles

he just finished off a photo shoot and when he learned that he had a day off the next day

he rushed over in a flash

you heard the doorbell and you were kind of “????” because who knocks on the door at 11 at night

and you opened the door to your boyfriend who was still in makeup and clothes from the photo shoot, looking like he ran a marathon to get here, but

then you both look towards the bat and you kind of just toss it to the side and laugh awkwardly

well at least he knows you know how to protect yourself when he isn't there

and both of you spent the night together doing random things

most of it involved cuddling and singing really off-key songs in sleepy states

you two made dinner together which resulted in play-fighting with the ingredients and whoops you have to clean both yourselves and the kitchen now

its worth it you two are having fun even while cleaning

(he also sent messages to his members in the hyung-line chat to make sure the kids ate and got sleep and you all of a sudden thought of him being a father and your heart swelled so much more

then soon both of you cuddled up in bed and decided to just watch some dramas together

both of you were in a playful fight over whether do bong soon should end up with her boss or best friend

spoiler; neither of you could really decide because you fell asleep too quickly and he just smiled and pulled you in and turned off the light and snuggled in with you

i cried so much writing this this man blesses us

in the morning you belatedly realize that you have to go to work and sigh

then look down at the cuddlebug who has you trapped there

you feel blessed knowing that this man is yours and you are his

but you regretfully have to get up to go to work and make money

carefully, you try pull his arms away which wakes him up whoops

he looks up at you and it breaks your heart how tired he looks

his eyes have dark circles and he looks so much like a puppy right now

you want to just wrap him up in 20 blankets and keep him there to let him sleep

then your phone goes off for your alarm and its Jisung’s part in always and your face resembles a tomato at that moment.

he smiles softly at you and oh look you are creating new shades of red right now

you send off a text to your boss saying you cant come in today with one of your free hands and then set it down and back in the blanket pile you go

you look back up at him and he’s smiling and you question him and just;

“why are you smiling?”

“It’s nice that the first thing I heard today was your voice.“

you are a tomato again which causes Jisung to chuckle as you two cuddle back in for a day of rest
