I’m not necessarily one for conversation starters - HOWEVER, I am one for telling a good embarrassing story or fact about myself. Here’s a good one, a rather fresh one for you… As of about two days ago, I’ve discovered I’ve been watering a plastic plant for approximately…one year. Yeah, one year. Mind you, I don’t know if I’m just not observant or up in the clouds but you would think I would have noticed that this plant hasn’t grown or changed in a YEARS WORTH OF TIME. In my defense, it’s a bloody succulent so of course those don’t change too much but my god. The plant was a gift from an old friend but never once did they tell the thing wasn’t even real! Any who… That’s my embarrassing Flo fact of the day for you.
Hold on, you watered and looked at the plant almost every day for a year and couldn’t tell it was fake? Same tho, I’ve called people trying to look for my cell phone, and they’d ask, “Do you realize what you’re using?” Then I’ll stare at my phone questioning how smart I am. At least you can look back on watering a fake plant and laugh at it now, right?
