NOVA RAHHH
CHILDHOOD
Suren was born yr 1955 in Canning Town, where he was raised by his single father - his mother being absent for reasons he never fully got a clear explanation on. The two of them had a tough but very good relationship because at the end of the day it really was just the two of them against the world. Mr. Bischer was a kind and well-meaning man but he didnât always understand his son, refusing to leave it at that, even in his exhaustion you could find him standing in his son's doorway unfastening his tie and prodding his son for more than one word answers and shrugs about his day.
¡âśÂˇ
Suren as a child wasâŚrestless to say the least. He had lots of energy buzzing under his skin that when left alone for too long would fester into his nerves. Noticing how antsy his child was growing when untasked with chores and mini jobs, Mr. Bischer tried to redirect that energy into his growing creativity. Around this time Surenâs Uncle, Lloyd, would drift in and out of their lives before eventually becoming semi permanent; he'd usually come home reeking of booze amongst other more concerning things, with his guitar over his shoulder and a crate under his arm. One night after a few of being gone heâd appeared with a duffel bag in hand and asking Mr. Bischer if it was very Christian of him to throw his little brother onto the street, and then he never left again.
¡âśÂˇ
Despite his fathers obvious disapproval, Suren adored his uncle, idolized him even. He loved how his uncle played and sang as bad as it was when he was smashed, and would stay up in awe of his late night stories. Lloyd ended up teaching Suren guitar in the least professional way possible but it was enough to light that spark of Madison in him. In theory, his uncle's influence wasâŚhorrible. The drinking, in his fathers words his atheist lifestyle, his fiscal irresponsibility and the fact that he seemed absolutely determined to stumble through adulthood like a stray dog. But seeing what his brother's music was doing for SurenâŚMr. Bischer allowed it to continue.

TEENHOOD
By secondary school, Suren still found himself to be fairly shy and a bit awkward, but did his best to take his uncle's advice in faking it until he made it. He joined a small garage band with a few classmates, mostly because there was nothing else heâd want to do with his free timeâŚit was terrible! They were bad. Half of the boys involved treated it like a little something to do for shits and giggles before they had to grow up and get on with their lives, but there was one of them who seemed to be taking it rather seriously. Reginald (later referred to as Rexx Vexx) had the ambition that Surenâs other friends lacked. He was passionate and undeniably better than the rest of them - he was obsessed with music. Heâd sneak out and into clubs underage, slip through venues and come back with stories about performers and whatnot. Most of the others brushed him off but Suren always listened! He was curious, and the more he listened the more he started to long for the spaces he was being told about.
¡âśÂˇ
The more Suren listened to Reginald talk about nightlife the more he became aware of how trapped he felt in his ordinary life. School was suffocating him and the future heâd stoke about with his father was starting to feel unbearable if not impossible. Even the band started to feel like it was lacking and eventually it dissolved like most teenage projects do, with some of the boys losing interest and prioritizing work while others pursued university or apprenticeships for more stable futures. The sooner adulthood crept closer the more obvious it became that most of them hadnât really been taking any of this seriously and as their little group fermented off into a million little pieces, Suren and Rexx stayed behind together.Reginald would sneak Suren out and drag him club to club, introducing him to musicians that probably shouldnât have befriended someone so young, and snuck him into slimy crummy venues where theyâd watch performers squished together from wherever they could get a glimpse.
¡âśÂˇ
Suren gradually began to change the more he experienced these things, smudged makeup around his eyes, his hair growing out longer, wearing a lot more jewelry than just his usual cruddy bracelets. He liked confusing people! He enjoyed feeling beautiful in ways masculinity back home never really allowed him to explore openly, but his father noticed of course. They fought sometimes, mostly out of fear rather than hatred, Mr. Bischer was worried constantly that Suren was drifting towards a similar lifestyle to the one his younger brother had led⌠but even at their worst his father still loved him, this he promised one night would never change. When Reginald suggested they tag along with some of his older friends of his, join a real band, Suren didnât even try to hide how excited he was. But seventeen wasnât old enough to leave and Nova wasnât the kind of person who could just disappear in the middle of the night, leave his father wondering what heâd done wrong or if his son was even alive, he wasnât Reginald. He was leaving either way, but Mr. Bischer had to knowâŚhe just hoped heâd understand.
¡âśÂˇ
The night Suren finally told him heâd run circles around himself trying to justify the cause, the opportunity, the music, oh just everything! Mr. Bischer didnât approveâŚnot really, but he didnât stop him. He stood there listening with his arms crossed until eventually he got tired of Surenâs rambling and asked him if he really thought that âthisâ would make him happy. When Suren said yes, his father was easy to resign, and let him go. With rules, of course! Phone numbers. Conditions. And with the understanding that no matter what happened, as long as he was alive Suren would always have somewhere to come home to.

SATANS PESTILENTIAL
By the time satans pestilential was formed Suren and Reginald had been thrown into the culture of underground music neck deep. The band never became truly mainstream, but within the right circles they had a reputation. Small clubs knew them, punk venues knew them. Hell, they really had something going! Suren might have stayed with them, and ridden it all the way until they made it big if he hadnât started to feel like he was disappearing inside itâŚSomewhere along the way, working with real musicians and spending long nights up with Reginald helped him get good, better than good! Heâd been pushing himself harder than ever before with real motivation and real inspiration and it showed.
¡âśÂˇ
He had a voice, but no one gave him an opening to use itâŚhe could play guitar more than filler and background, but thatâs where he kept getting placed, and he was too sheepish to push his case. He liked this group! He didnât want to make it a problem. But Reginald sure did, one night he pulled Suren aside and told him flat-out that he was wasting himself there. That they both were in different ways, which Suren originally found pretty cocky. The scene was getting bigger and louder and angrier, which was amazing, but harder to break through, and the two of them would never get their voices and opinions out there if they stayed here. So he pitched Suren something reckless⌠fuck England! Go to the states! New York City! They could reinvent themselves completely, Suren thought the idea was ridiculous. But he would follow Reginald to the ends of the earth at this point so theyâd gone anyway.
NEW YORK
Everything was so much faster in New York, but not exactly in the way Reginald and Suren had imagined it to be, but in some ways it was a lot like home. It was louder, and crowded with people desperately trying to become somebody before getting swallowed by the beast that had become the state of the world, the city. Every club theyâd visit was packed with musicians either prettier or stranger than the last, more queers and people of color than Suren thinks heâd encountered in his entire London life, he loved it! The idiots, had arrived with a guitar, a bass, the clothes on their backs and just enough confidence to fuck them over.
¡âśÂˇ
Their first weeks were spent bouncing between the cheapest apartments he could find, and crash pads belonging to strangers who usually expected favors in return for letting them stay. Reginald handled most of the talking like he always did, Suren had always admired the way Reggi could snake and charm his way in and out of things with such ease, he himself had fallen victim to his sweet talking a few times over. Suren, meanwhile, was more easily swept away than he ever was at forcing doors open; a lot of the time he worried Reginald had overestimated the both of them completely. New York was overflowing with the talent heâd oh so fallen in love with.
VERA VANDAL
The first time Suren had met Vera heâd been sitting alone at the bar of some downtown venue, waiting for Reginald to come back from where he was trying to charm one of the owners into slipping them into their lineup. Suren had been left to guard their jackets, guitars and whatever last scraps of dignity they had left when Vera slid into the stool beside him, immediately trying to poach a drink off of him only to clock him as catastrophically broke when he tried to claim Reginald had his wallet. He nearly died of embarrassment only for her to cut him off and offer to cover his tab if he was willing to entertain her. He took this as flirting which he had no problems with, she was a helluva lot taller than he was but I meanâŚthat wasnât an issue. But she wanted a performance!
¡âśÂˇ
He played for her right by the bar between performances, a bit of what heâd done for a Satan's Pestilential song but eventually heâd boasted his way into showing her some of his current compositions he was in the process of making for himself and Reginald. She didnât seem impressed at first which had made him really nervous. If he couldnât impress one girl, how was he going to impress others enough to get their word out? But then she gave him some good corrective advice, even going as far to call his progression cowardly. Later sheâd take his guitar and show him some alternatives that wereâŚin fact better. She didnât explain theory or technique much either, she just seemed to know what he was lacking, which heâd never understand..
¡âśÂˇ
Vera had swept him off his feet - basically - grabbing him by his wrist and leading him out of the bar with no regard for Reginald or separating the two. She was wonderful! And the most alive heâd felt since arriving in America, sheâd laugh and drag him from club to club, rarely sitting in one place for too long. New York at night appeared to bend itself around her, people knew her everywhere they went, venue owners, bartenders, addicts, artists, drifters⌠Some were easily entranced by her while others would stare in wide berths as if she were a phantom returning from hell to tear down the place. Wherever sheâd take him there was always music, and movement, and booze and drugs he hadnât even noticed.
¡âśÂˇ
Heâd only met her once for maybe a week, sheâd appear out of nowhere and show him illegal warehouse gigs, and bars hidden beneath laundromats. Sometimes she disappeared with strangers for an hour only to reappear with blood under her red chipped nails which he often pretended not to notice, assuming the complete opposite of what she had probably done. One thing he did notice however was how Vera moved through the world with terrifying certainty, she knew exactly who she was and never once apologized for taking up space. Compared to her, Suren felt painfully unfinished.
¡âśÂˇ
When she found out he and Reginald had nowhere to stay, Vera casually dropped them off at an abandoned flat she and âthe girlsâ had apparently squatted in previously. The place barely had power outside of an old generator rigged together in one room, but to Suren and Reginald it felt like a goddamn castle. Then Vera vanished completely for nearly a week without warning. Suren spent those days restless and irritated with himself for caring so much while Reginald seemed grateful for her but much less wounded, even getting upset with suren for keeping an eye out for her.
¡âśÂˇ
Come her week up, Vera came crashing back into Suren the same way she had the first time, seeming a bit more frazzled but she stayed longer. She stayed with the boys for a while, locking herself away in one of the rooms during the day and threatening bodily harm if either of them dared to wake her before sunset. Suren once made the mistake of knocking to ask if she wanted a bite and sheâd nearly bit his head off (metaphorically speaking). But when night came, so did Vera! Sheâd come from her room dressed for clubs and concerts and went right back to tugging them into impossible evenings. Her and Suren started staying up for horrifying stretches of time together, writing music while Reggi slept, Vera pushed him constantly. She ripped apart his lyrics, mocked his hesitation, and accused him of hiding behind irony instead of honesty which she clearly couldnât stand. She was cruel, in odd and concerning ways but he hadnât found a liar in her yet. On the occasion she praised something, Suren practically preened beneath it, it was addictive even the backhanded ones.
¡âśÂˇ
Reginald hated watching them together. At first his frustrations had come from a state of practicality, Vera was clearly unstable and often unreliable, sheâd drag Suren around into danger more often than not and never apologized for doing so. This resentment started growing the longer they stayed within each other's spaces because Reggi had noticed how she was influencing his mate. He was more confident outwardly, dressing louder, his writing had improved, he was more for taking risks than he ever had been before. Vera was challenging Suren in a way Reginald never could. Reggi had introduced Suren to the scene, had dragged him to New York believing in him before anybody else did, yet somehow Vera became the person Suren started creating for. Reggi saw the dependency forming long before Suren did. Meanwhile Suren convinced himself Reginald was simply jealous that Vera preferred him. She never showed much overt affection toward either of them, but she gravitated toward Suren in conversation naturally while treating Reggi more like a two for the price of one extra.
SUâNOVA BISCH
By then Reginald had started performing under the name Rexx Vexx, leaning harder into a larger than life persona both on and off stage. Suren followed suit, piecing together âSuâNova Bischâ (sunnova bitch) from bits of his first and middle names as a joke at some of the accents heâd picked up here and there. The two only used those names with each other unless they were fighting. Vera, however, refused to respect either alias. She continued calling them Reginald and Suren which always made them feel a bit silly.
¡âśÂˇ
Things began to change for them! Their names started circulating through smaller clubs, Somebody played one of their recordings on local radio late at night, and theyâd gained tiny crowds of regulars who showed up specifically for them. Then, right when it seemed Vera had truly settled into their lives, she vanished againâŚwhich absolutely crushed Nova. He and Rexx continued on as a duo for a while, but the absence she left behind lingered everywhere. Then a month or two later Vera returned, dragging another disaster behind her in the form of Yozzy Yule.
YOZZY YULE
Nova couldnât tell if he loved Yozzy or was annoyed with him during any of their original interactions, which is how he imagined most people felt about him. Yoz was loud and flamboyantâŚvery bragadocious⌠absolutely convinced he was destined for stardom despite barely being able to pay rent. He often acted like he was already as famous as he strived for and would get offended when people (namely Nova) failed to recognize his supposed importance. Still, the bastard was talented. That was clear, and after hearing that Vera had thought of him and Rexx when she found herself needing to place that talent he would not let it go to waste.
¡âśÂˇ
Yozzy attached himself especially hard to Nova. The two shared a love for dramatic makeup, and emotional excess, gradually developing matching stage looks (makeup wise) where Yozzy encouraged Surenâs vanity instead of belittling him for it. Their friendship quickly turned affectionate as they partied together constantly, shared clothes and occasionally crossed physical boundaries without much thought to it. One drunken hookup happened almost by accident somewhere between a coke fueled argument and a three day binge, but afterward both simply shrugged it off and continued on mostly unchanged.
¡âśÂˇ
Rexx and Suren grew oddly closer again during this period too, partially because Yozzyâs presence forced them to function more like an actual unit rather than the two idiot teens theyâd left London as. Rexx became increasingly protective over Suren as the scene got rougher around them, the fights between them worsened, sometimes they screamed at each other over money, gigs, Vera, drugs or artistic direction only to sit side by side onstage hours later like nothing had happened.
RICHARD ROCCO
The fourth time Vera resurfaced she brought Richard Rocco, which nova was less honored about this time around. Heâd had time to sit and fester with the feeling of Vera only coming around to drop off a stray and now sheâd done it again. He worked up the energy to confront her about it only to be shot down. She bluntly informed him that their progress existed because sheâd opened doors for them in the first place, and Suren walked away from the argument feeling humiliated and stupid for ever believing their relationship meant more to her the same way it had for him.
¡âśÂˇ
Unfortunately Richard arrived directly in the aftermath of that fight and mistook Suren's hurt for dislike. In reality heâd admired Ricky, heâd brought a professionalism the others lacked completely and his style was cringe captivating. Once Rexx pointed out that Richard believed himself unwanted, Suren made a genuine effort to fix things. Richard is now the keyboardist for their scrappy ass band and has grown the closest to Yozzy out of everyone.
TOUR
The final major time Vera intervened directly in their career, she handed them something massive. A legendary touring act had abruptly lost their opener after some drug related implosion and Vera somehow - nobody ever figured out how - secured the slot for them. No management, no label pull, no explanation. Suddenly they were performing before crowds ten times larger than anything theyâd ever seen before and absolutely killing it. Labels started circling them, some magazine artists started obsessing over Nova's pirate-ish look as well as a bunch of producers attempting to sniff around.
¡âśÂˇ
Vera disappeared again the second the explosion truly started. After that she became more rumor than person, it seems Nova had just been her first of many little projects. She appeared right before careers skyrocketed or collapsed entirely which is how she became almost a myth amongst the music industry, some people swore she was cursed while others considered her a patron saint. Paparazzi photographs of her always came out strangely blurred or distorted no matter the camera and she was never where people expected her to be. Nova spent years trying unsuccessfully to track her down again while the band climbed higher and higher without her to no luck.
¡âśÂˇ
Then, years later, after chart success and touring and MTV deals, Nova found himself sitting in some miserable little diner in a nowhere town California after a screaming match with Yozzy over life on the road. He was desperate, and Vera appeared beside him like no time had passed at all. Despite everything heâd become, Suren still immediately felt Nineteen again⌠but Vera always either wants or leaves something when she comes and goes doesnât she?
(He probably didnât expect a 600+ year 6 year old and a one way ticket to the grave but oh well)
VIGGOOOO
APPEARANCE
Viggo has a longer square-ish face with very prominent cheekbones, his nose is broad and visibly flattened from its natural slight bump, sitting slightly crooked on his face. He has long eyelashes and deep set eyes paired with thicker stronger ridged eyebrows that often appear in a little arch. Even in his vampire life Viggo bore bags beneath his eyes, from stress, the lack of daytime sleeping, malnutrition, and the natural deterioration that came hand in hand with being one of Santa Carlaâs undead. Thereâs a dark discoloration around his eyes in every form of himself only balanced out by his black eyeshadow that he paints on with his finger and rarely goes without.
I think Viggoâs eyes are his best feature, and most useful one, theyâre sharp and intense and Iâve had to say thank you before for not giving him blue eyes because his side eye is lethal for absolutely no reason. When near light, Viggoâs pupils remain somewhat blown due to damage from his transition seizures and general light sensitivity often making him look dazed and slightly uncanny. As a vampire his eyes have sunken slightly and glossed over giving him that dead yellow kind of look, they reflect strongly in the light now especially when heâs fully vamped out you could see those headlights if they caught something right way off.
He has a warm olive toned complexion with red/orange undertones which have become much duller and colder after vampirism due to poor circulation. This makes him look faintly sick nowadays though there are still traces of warmth in his cheeks in certain lightings. Viggo is adorned in facial and back freckles, the more prominent ones being speckled across his nose from years spent outdoors and traveling. He also has oneeee little birthmark dot above his right eyebrow!
Very thick dark brown hair, wind blown and heavily wavy with loose curls concentrated around the front of his face and forehead, he tried to brush it back but the front of his hair never seems to cooperate thanks to a cowlick, as well as two other strands nearby. Itâs very long and uneven from letting it grow untouched, refusing to cut his hair out of fear of how much heâd grown to look like his father facial structure wise. It falls heavy over his shoulders and back down past his shoulder blades and tends to frizz in the humid California air.
Physically, Viggo is slim and lean, visibly underfed and has little seeable muscle mass; what he does can be chalked up to vampire strength. Heâs built more for endurance and speed than he is for strength, his traveling years gave him strong legs and reflexes while his upper body/torso remains narrow and somewhat frail. Remaining lightweight and wry has however helped him in hunting, because heâs extremely hard to pin down. His posture tends to curl inwards casually when heâs not peacocking himself unless heâs performing or working up in which case he can become very expressive!
(Art by vivianthevoracious on tt!)
His clothing style is more tied to convenience than it ever was practicality but is very sentimental/counterculture over vanity. Most of his clothes are worn down, he alters them and layers them himself- his main shirt we see on him above is just fabric he stitched together in a few spots. His famous travel vest is probably the clearest representation of him because youâll notice he hardly has any other patches than Location and animals. Everything attached to it has association and meaning even if itâs small or incoherent.
He leans heavy into darker dull greens and earthtones, fishnets, lots of layered jewelry and bangles galore especially after vampirism birdbrain takes over(he loves jingling when he moves and is very in tune with what he sounds like, often using his body as a second instrument when playing guitar. Mesh tops, his big fat-tougned boots that canât lace up all the way anymore⌠70âs counterculture and music scenes affected how he chose to go about his dressings especially from growing up around clubs and performers. He leans at times into very androgynous fashion, which is something he internally feels comfortable with, but after the death of his human life he can become irritated when itâs dragged out in conversation.
Despite his unconventional appearance Viggo isnât particularly a performative person non-musically, most of the loudness or roughness in his design comes from years of collecting prices of himself and not really caring about standing out or not. His earrings are his mothers, he refuses to remove them at any given time unless he can be assured that they, much like his guitar, will be in his line of sight at all times out of fear of losing them. Itâs difficult to see In the art shown though in his sitting photo you can see it on the bench at his side, Viggo wears a black bandana hung from his right pocket.
Post 1987, after Viggo secured his ties to the colony to preserve his own life - Viggo was left with quite a nasty scar that goes clean through him. This wouldâve eventually healed completely had he fed enough but the process was so slow that by the time heâd sacrificed himself he still had layers of himself visible.

Viggo Malik
PERSONALITY
I often find myself describing Viggo as âan observer at heartâ before anything else due to his learned and skillful ability at picking up on micro expressions and aggressions and posture changes in the people around him. Heâs quick to pick people apart internally thanks to years of instability and violence heâs faced while traveling alone, even when his conclusions spiral into paranoia or avoidances there is usually some truth buried beneath it.
¡âśÂˇ
Despite how Viggo berates himself for his sometimes cowardly or self preserving way of making decisions heâs proven himself to others as a gentle, helpful, and loyal person who has grown to be very emotionally perceptive and intelligent towards others. Busking forced him to understand crowds, and figure out how to work them in his favor if he could - even if it meant occasionally charming others - when heâs playing his guitar he appears more at ease with himself and his mind moving about to his own rhythm instead of trying to appear any certain way.
¡âśÂˇ
Viggo is a deeply emotionally driven person, most of his decisions are made by what he feels is the right thing to do at the time even if he canât find a way to articulate it to others. Even with his good intentions this has pulled him into impulsive and self-distructive choices and situations. Heâs easy to overwhelm himself, he has a lot of strong emotions and little place other than his guitar to put them, fear, grief, and guilt have been known to paralyze him or push him into avoiding those who he feels closest to. Fear controls a lot of Viggoâs life, less so out of a lack of courage, but because his survival instincts are extremely immediate. When he feels things have become dangerous, unstable, or threatening, his first instinct is often to flee, or withdraw himself from the source of these feelings. Still despite all he desires closeness with others often feeling it is just out of reach making him shy back when itâs offered to him easily.
¡âśÂˇ
Especially with men. I know, shocking, the guy with like 5 boyfriends is scared of men. Due to the years of aggression and bigotry Viggo has faced on the road, Viggo tends to perceive men - especially those older than him - as inherently threatening. Most of the kindness and sometimes protection heâs received has come from older women or children, creating an imbalance in how Viggo is willing to distribute his trust into others. He warms up to women a lot faster and has been less willing to suspect that they will develop harmful intentions towards him, even when they do. This left him open to manipulation (+) from characters like Vera, Billy, and Natalie.
¡âśÂˇ
Viggo struggles heavily with identity and self perception, he often feels offputting or odd and tends to mimic behaviors and mirror those around him. Occasionally with more challenging personalities like David Corwin or Marko Marino this mimicry has caused him to split between two points of idealization and resentment. He sees everyone in himself except himself in a way, often his father when heâs looking inward at himself despite being arguably more like his mother, facing a chronic fear of being strange and unlovable - Viggo spends a lot of his life trying to earn his place into relationships instead of believing heâs naturally deserving of them.
¡âśÂˇ
Although solitary by circumstance, Viggo isnât truly antisocial or reclusive. In fact heâs easier to befriend than expected. Heâs time and time again prioritized the needs of others over his own, sharing resources and food with people who often have him little in return, sometimes spearing better off than himself. (Splitting his first cigarette pack of the last few months with Marko upon first introduction because he was asked). Even at his most paranoid of avoidant he is still a deeply caring person and develops attachments strong enough to border emotional dependency. Once Viggo lets that rare someone or someones have become a part of his world, losing them can feel devastating.
¡âśÂˇ
Viggo is highly imaginative and idealistic, daydreaming constantly especially about people he misses, his mother for example, compensating for his isolation and lack of deep connection. Music has been his world since childhood and has been very self soothing or emotionally regulating even through some of his tougher human episodes. His mothers guitar has essentially become an extension of Viggo, itâs something heâs never left behind and has been a good outlet for his grief, his fear, his longing and his shame as well as all of his affections.
¡âśÂˇ
All heâs wanted for a long time, truthfully, is stability and repetition (which heâs a huge fan of in jokes, and in songs) despite being naturally impulsive and somewhat chaotic in that brain of his. He loves familiarity wherever he can find it whether that be in people or places to sleep. He wants a simple existence - his original human goals were painfully modest: Travel, play music, collect patches, and avoid unnecessary cruelty wherever it be. He isnât materialistic whatsoever and largely rejects status and wealth or outward success, only truly valuing objects with emotional meaning or practical use, even small purchases for himself carry a weight in him because he rarely believes he deserves such things.
¡âśÂˇ
As a vampire Viggo never becomes physically imposing like Paul, or Dwayne, remaining light and extremely evasive. His hunting style relies on speed and avoidance rather than brute strength, his human hypervigilance has become so ingrained in him that heâs still almost constantly scanning his surroundings and reading the moods of others. Both mentally and physically Viggo wears down easily but his stubbornness keeps him moving long after others wouldâve laid down to rest.
¡âśÂˇ
Hallucinations, paranoia, hypervigilance, and Cronus instability make Viggoâs relationship with reality extremely fragile at times. Being on his own so much, heâs come to struggle distinguishing real danger from the danger in his mind, often overanalyzing situations relentlessly because he needs proper understanding to feel safe and secure, which is why the frog dream had messed him up so badly before he parted ways with the boys. âBadâ is never a good enough explanation for Viggo, he wants to understand in his heart of hearts what drives people to become cruel and violent, and hateful, or prejudiced. He digs underneath things obsessively (litterally and physically) searching for logic or patterns because without it life is agonizingly horrifying.
¡âśÂˇ
At his best, Viggo is compassionate, perceptive, creative, adaptive, loyal, unconditional and deeply sincere. At his worst he becomes avoidant, impulsive, dependent, self sabotaging, paranoid, emotionally volatile and consumed by his shame and fear. Heâd crawl back towards people he loved even after abandoning them because guilt and attachment at the end of the day outweigh his survival instincts.
Extras pasted from a document yap
Due to his weak physical and mental mind Viggo can find himself worn out easily, heâs just too stubborn to go down and thatâs whatâs kept him kicking so long. His charm is based more on his personality rather than his willingness to sway people or commandments, but heâs been known to soften others up. Thanks to improper education and learning difficulties revolving around his style of retaining knowlage, heâs not very academically smart. On the other hand Viggo is very emotionally and intuitively intelligent. His luck is shit. He is the unluckiest dead man alive, everything heâs done has managed to feel wrong or go south no matter how good his intentions may be. If something can go wrong with Viggo it most likely will.
Shuns the material world, isnât overly concerned with dressing up or owning expensive items. Viggo refuses to buy things for himself often. As a human he would only purchase things that went into his goal (collecting patches) and occasionally food. Most of his food was sourced through trash or gifting, and what he did buy was small and inexpensive. The most expensive thing heâs ever bought for himself as a treat was a pack of cigarettes. (We can see this on his guitar where heâs kept every sticker off of things heâs bought. Most of them ranging from 12c - $1. There arenât many if you consider how long heâs been without a home, and less if you estimate how many stickers he found in trash bins).
He wished for a simple existence. After fleeing New Orleans Viggo was determined to live a non violent and peaceful life that mainly centered around his guitar and his jacket. Once he got into the flow of that he didnât want it to change, and he struggled heavily with some things. As a human he had his life planned out at least to some extent. Play music, travel to all 50 states, get at least one patch from each one, and place it somewhere on his vest. Viggo enjoys repetition â in people, in music, in relationships â so when things start to tilt off balance in his life heâs prone to internal discomfort/distress. At the same time he himself finds it difficult to stick to a script. Through the found storyline heâs been prone to Splitting and mirroring causing his mental health to be less predictable than he would like with little to no control over it.
Fear and self preservation has driven him to give up quickly and leave in hopes of being followed has been a repeating pattern. Example: begging David to listen to his visions and move himself and the boys out of the cave the night before the frogs came. When David didnât come Viggo had left out of fear of being killed and severed his bond to the lost boys. The night of the boy's death he had still pushed his dying body to crawl over to the Cave & the Emersonâs house to retrieve what he could of the boys in hopes of resurrecting them.
Despite craving friendships that heâs missed out on due to his travels, Viggo finds himself uncomfortable in close relationships. He struggles to connect with others due to his peculiar social skills therefor is preoccupied with seeing himself as odd. Once situated in his relationships, Viggo has shown a generalized pattern of instability in regard to his self image and impulsivity. (We see this more clearly with David, Cyrus, and Vera). With others (Like Dwayne for example) after being showed intense amount of care or affection (his second year of vampirism being assisted by Dwayne through feeding and seizures) developed Passive clinging behavior. This made it easier for him to form oversensitivity, an inadequacy complex (that heightened upon the arrival of Michael) and an inability to resolve his codependent need for connection thatâs came hand and hand with his fear of rejection.
(The inability to live alone, moving in with CyrusâŚhow quickly he recconected himself to David despite how horrible Davidâs treatment to him at that moment had been)

Viggo chibi dropped time for more yap
More viggoooooo!!
đViggo used to look the most like his mother as a child. He was a mousy type of boy who youâd often find hiding behind her legs as she worked the bars. But as heâs grown older he finds himself looking more like his father. Personality wise he still naturally defaults to Nannettes teachings, and despite still cherishing the good memories he had with Irman he fears winding up like him.
đHe considers eleven to have been the easiest age of his life. He had just left home and he was still small enough for people to pity him easily. Once that dried up he started trying to make himself seem smaller like any stray dog would when it realizes people are more likely to give a puppy attention as long as itâs still cute. Heâd keep to himself and avoid taking up room, it got to a point where he struggled making himself seen. If he wasnât getting seen, and he wasnât getting heard, then he wasnât getting money or food or patches. People still found reason to accuse him of things and push him out of their way, so he stopped being smaller. Viggo refused to cause a disruption and give people âreasonâ to cause him harm, but he started presenting himself larger or more threatening outside of busking in hopes unwanted altercation could be avoided.
đDuring his two year suffering period that I refer to has his transition into vampirism, Viggoâs worst symptom was his bodyâs rejection of blood. He had already sealed his fate with the death (more like mauling) of his own assailants. Viggo wasnât entirely conscious for at least a few months into this transition and the boys often had to bring home their killings for him. It was hard to get blood into Viggo in the first place, he was plagued with seizures and was burning up like the sunâŚ. It often took quite the effort to pry his jaws open long enough to feed him. Not long after, maybe a half hour or two, the boys could hear Viggo coughing and sneezing, towards the back of the cave. It got to a point where David had to reluctantly ask max to come check him out and give him an honest opinion on whether or not Viggo was even worth waisting blood on.
Nova Chibi yayyyy
Might as well use this as an excuse to yap about himâŚ.
Nova was born year 1955 in eastern London. His mother wasnât around for whatever reason, but his dad made up for it where he could, and they had a very good relationship!
His father was a kind, well-meaning man, the sort who didnât always understand his son but refused to leave it at that. He tried. Heâd come home from long shifts and still find the energy to hover in the doorway, asking Nova how his day went, poking and prodding until he got more than a shrug out of him. He didnât always know what to do with Novaâs⌠everything⌠his sonâs restless energy and the anxiety that it would fester into, but he learned to redirect it into his growing creativity.
His uncle would drift in and out of his life as well, He was unreliable but nova loved him. showing up unannounced with a guitar slung over his shoulder and a couple bottles in hand like that explained everything. One night he turned up with a duffle bag, asked his brother if it was very Christian to throw him out on the street, and then⌠just never really left. He took the couch and swore that the whole situation was temporary and that heâd get his life together soon but he didnât.
Nova took to him easily, his uncle taught him guitar (badly, Iâll admit it) and it was something they bonded over. Even with his fatherâs thinly veiled disapproval of his brotherâs godless atheist lifestyle bleeding into his son he didnât stop it because it gave nova something to do.
By the time Nova hit high school, heâd figured out how to at least make it look like he knew what he was doing, which was close enough. He joined a garage band with a few friends! It was nothing serious, just noise and borrowed equipment with the occasional scream through the wall telling them to turn it down. But out of the mess of them, one of the boys really cared about what they were doing!
Reggi (who would later insist on being called Rexx) was better than them, and everyone knew it, even if they didnât say it out loud.
Rexx believed in their sorry little group more than he shouldâve. He loved music, Heâd sneak out to clubs most nights, come back with stories to anyone so would listen who was typically just nova.
At first Nova listened because it was interesting. it felt like peeking into something he wasnât supposed to see. & something his father definitely wouldnât approve of. But the more Rexx talked, the more something in Nova started to itch.
It felt like their little garage band was missing something, and that feeling melted into Nova missing something from himself.
The band fell apart, People lost interest. Drifted off. Some went on to finish school, others to jobs, the better of them went on to higher educationâŚ
(Art by starrrted on discord)
Nova and Rexx ended up staying together. When Rexx suggested they tag along with some older friends of hisâjoin a real bandâNova didnât even try to hide how excited he was. But seventeen wasnât old enough to leave and Nova wasnât the kind of person to just disappear in the middle of the night, leave his father wondering what heâd done wrong or if his son was even alive. He couldnât do that to himâŚhe was leaving either way, he just hoped he would understand.
The night of he and Rexx running off he stayed up and talked to his father who definitely didnât approve. But dad wouldnât stop him.
Nova peeked up anxiously at his father who was standing over him, arms crossed listening to his son explain circles around him breathlessly. Then he asked if he really thought itâs what would make him happy and nova nodded. So he let him go! He gave nova conditions of course, and a number to call, and told him as long as he was alive nova would always have a home to come back to.
By the time they formed Satanâs Pestilential, they were already deep in the scene. They werenât mainstream, not even close, but in the right circles, in the right clubs, people knew their name! They really had something!!!
Nova might have stayed with them, and ridden it all the way until they made it big if he hadnât started to feel like he was disappearing inside it.,. Somewhere along the way, working with real musicians and spending long nights up with Rexx helped him get good, better than good! Heâd been pushing himself harder than ever before with real motivation and real inspiration and it showed.
He had a voice, but no one gave him an opening to use itâŚhe could play guitar more than filler and background, but thatâs where he kept getting placed, and he was too sheepish to push his case. He liked this group! He didnât want to make it a problem.
But Rexx did! One night, he pulled Nova aside and told him flat-out that he was wasting himself there. That they both were, in different ways. The scene was getting bigger, louderâbut also harder to break through. Easier to get pushed to the back of the line. So he pitched nova something reckless. Fuck the uk! Go to the states! New York City!
Over there, theyâd be something different and new!! (close enough to it) and nova thought he was absolutely insane, but they went for it.
Things moved a lot quicker in New York, too fast for nova at least he was in a sweat. He wasnât sure if he and Rexx could keep up on their own. (Enter Vera vandal RAAAH)
Joan stufff Joan stufff Joan stuffff
đ February 6th 1973 Joan was born in France to the name Michael BienaimĂŠ. After her transition she changes both her first, middle and last name in likeness to her catholic namesake. She picked Maudit for her last name because it was the last name of her grandmother! Through her teen years Joan has gathered herself a few nicknames though they sound relatively familiar: Joansie, Joannie, and Nonie.
đ Joan was a rainbow baby. When she was born her mother had been extremely enamored with her, they used to be very close when she was younger because of this. As Joan grew older they seemed to have opposing beliefs and drifted apart. Joan didnât realize how much sheâd separated from her mother until her younger brother Jean was born. The year Jean was born was the same year Joan had started exploring her gender the way she felt, with everyone so focused on the baby she managed to only further alienate herself from the rest of her family and hasnât recovered from that feeling since. As a child she carried some sense ofâŚguilt? For her deceased older sibling, thereâs a lot she wishes they had been here for, and some part of her hopes that they wouldâve accepted her as their younger sister, and been there for her.
đ Joan for the most part of the found storyline has stood roughly 5â6, an inch over Sam but through sophomore and Junior year sheâd hit a growth spurt and graduated as the tallest out of their little group at 5â10. with Alan following close behind at 5â9 Sam at 5â7 and Edgar last at 5â6.
đ My favorite feature that Iâve given Joan is her nose! But it wasnât always Joanâs :(! She used to be very biased about how she should present herself to appear feminine, and a lot of beautiful women sheâd see in magazines and on dolls that sheâd take inspiration from certainly did not have a hook to their nose. She felt it made her look very masculine but after forming a good relationship with both Starr and Lucy she started to realize that femininity was a spectrum and that the way her nose was shaped had nothing to do with her gender identity. She grew very confident in herself around 17-19 because of this realization and came to love her nose.
đ Speaking of Joanâs struggles with femeninity, previously mentioned she took a lot of her inspiration from Dolls and Magazines to cultivate her fashion sense. She wore a lot of frilly clothes (and bows, which she never got rid of) before she fell in with the boys, but running around in the dark in a cutie dress isnât very practical, so she shifted more to sweaters and jeans (or pants with a skirt over it, the more layers to hide her natural stick figure the better in her book). In her later teen years Joan drops this too and starts to dress a bit more alternatively but we didnât get to see her find her style before she died.
đ Joan is an extremely perceptive person and uses that to her advantage a lot during rounds! Sheâs also a very physically affectionate/tactile gal when it comes to the people she cares about. She will greet her friends with a hug or tap on their arm excitedly when talking about her interest or sheâll MELT! That being said, Joan is at heart an ambivert, she enjoys her alone time and loves to use it reading books, watching movies, or writing long and detailed letters to different comic studios⌠Nonetheless wouldnât trade her time with her buddies or the Emerson family for anything.
đ Socially⌠Joan struggles to her own fault. Back in France, when she was still known as Michael, it was easier for her to align more with girls in her school than with other boys⌠There wasnât anything particularly wrong in the way her male peers treated herâ she just had a hard time connecting with them and felt really awkward about it. The girls of her group were fun and all but despite being more comfortable around them Joan often found herself secretly feeling excluded when it came down to it. When moving to Santa Carla Joan developed this idea in her head that since now she looks more like she feels itâd be easier to fit in with other girls her age. She wanted a girl friendship! Badly, but upon opening the school year she started to realize just how anxious she may be. Approaching the girls of Santa Carla felt like a humiliation ritual waiting to happen, everyone was coming back from summer break and reuniting with their pre-established friend groups⌠Sam was the first person sheâd met with similar interest to her! They both had art as a special elective and found out that they actually shared quite a few classes. They hit it off really well and she found out Sam was in a similar-ish situation. He too was new to school, and didnât have many friends, he mentioned the frog brothers but she couldnât seem to place them until heâd brought her into the comic book store for a proper introduction. So, instead of getting her girl group back and giving it another go, Joan ended up in the complete opposite direction with a group of three boys.
đ she finds herself to be a generally optimistic person! Itâs been proven difficult to discourage Joan once sheâs set her mind on something, and her curiosity overcomes obstacles easily.
đ Joan has a hard time concentrating on things that arenât engaging enough for her, she can study for hours on end about werewolves and superheroes, but fixates on them easily which made school work really hard. Starr tutored her Sophomore year and it seemed to help her a lot.
đ Very competitive young lady, Joan loves games and she loves a good challenge. She often races to find sources and proof before Edgar can and it bothers him the appropriate amount. She takes card games very seriously but that doesnât make her a sore loser. She can admit when sheâs wrongâŚmost of the time!
đ Joan voted for Jason Todd to die in 1988. She and Sam had long debates about it and whether or not the whole thing was rigged or not. She had to pay and call in from the comic book store's Tele because her mom would give her lectures about âwanting people to dieâ otherwise.
đ Joanâs favorite music artists are Madonna, Les Rita Misouko, and David Bowie!
đ The gun Joan carries is a stolen Pistol from her police officer father. She offers to teach all the boys how to shoot a real gun properly (in opposition to their favored holy - waterguns) but Edgar is the only one who takes her up on this. Most of his problems were posture related, otherwise he learned fast! Sam and Alan were both too skittish to accept this offer but they watched and learned a bit from that.
đ Talk, talk, talk! Joan loves to talk! She has an issue with getting too passionate about topics and diving into them head first. This has resulted in a total of three lunch detentions during middle school. Additionally she was banned from using the phone at home for more than 5 minutes, because one too many times she stayed up late trying to scare Sam over the phone.
đ Joanâs overall music taste is super upbeat/pop and kind of brattpacky. However as she grows older she starts to branch out her music taste into that of those around her. Her main music influences were Michael and Alan. She and Sam also exchange music often!
đ She loves a good debate and really wanted to get into politics involving human rights after graduation! Ages 14-16 she dabbled in using her interest to ragebait (specifically targeted at Edgar).
đ Joan enjoys cutting out adds and comic strips from newspapers and magazines and glue them into her diary pages instead of writing anything personal down. Itâs just pages of stickers and random junk. The Journal she carries around is just about as messy, she writes down a lot of her studies or things to look into, stuffing as much information into one page as she can before gluing sketches and doodles into the one next to it, and then it starts over on the next two pages. Sheâd asked Sam to help read aloud something for transferring purposes but he couldnât make anything out.
đ Her favorite Genre in any form of media is Horror! Sheâs always been fascinated in it, at least since older kids would try to scare her off with scary stories as a child. She thought it was neat! So when she eventually got into comic books and reading, whilst still loving hero series she preffered those like tales of the crypt, werewolf at large, and Vampira. She really seemed to connect with the concept of Werewolves even before diving into her research about them. Something about being frightened of who you are, and scared that others will react to you just the sameâŚ

Another TLB oc yapâ Valkyrie and Clarissa!!
TLDR(s):
Eldest sister of one struggles to find the resources to afford her sisters medical care when the undead of Santa Carla present her new opportunitiesâŚ
now under her big sister's guardianship 8yo Clair is starting to notice her sister's new friends bring along odd new habits.
Valkyrie has been Clarissaâs legal guardian since she was 18 years old, and Clarissa was 6.
She hadnât been ready for thatâŚwho could be? Their parents had been promising Clarissa a movie for doing so well with her doctors and hospital visits. Valkyrie stayed out late doing her own thing the night of. Something small with a few of her work freinds, maybe a little drinkingâthings she canât remember in the long run because they just werenât important.
Somewhere on the highway four wasted teens found themselves on the wrong side of the highway and that was that. The girlsâ father died upon impact while their mother held on long enough to get to the hospital until she didnât. Clarissa, by some miracle survived!
Valkyrie came back to papers, and signatures, and people asking if she had anywhere her sister could go or if they had any other relatives. Val didnât sign up to raise her sister, or to drop out of her artistic college coursesâŚbut she couldnât just hand her off, nor let people take get from her. Social services tried, extended family reached out suddenly oh so concerned and very available. These were people who hadnât called in years, prior who didnât even bother to send Valkyrie a graduation letter. The hadnât same people who hadnât seemed to give a shit about Valkyrie or her sister outside of holidays now offering them better opportunities and âstable homesâ that would be âbetter for Clair.â
Clarissa refused every one. She wanted to stay with her sister. So val fought for custody.
When Valkyrie got the two standing on their own two feet, she moves the two of them to California for a doctor who specializes in the type of treatment Clarissa needs. The problem isâŚCalifornia is fucking expensive!! And thatâs an understatement. Even tucked into a place like Santa Carla the self proclaimed murder capital of the world (which Val had been unaware of) it would drain her money faster than she could earn it. Medical bills stacked upâŚmachines, socialist, medications and overnight staysâŚ
Valkyrie started to overwork herself hard. One job turned into two. Two turned into whatever she could get her hands on. Night shifts, double shifts, anything that kept the lights on and the hospital from turning them away. Sometimes, Valkyrie would keep Clarissa admired longer than necessary, not because she needed to but because it was safe and monitored and Clair would be taken care of while Val ran herself into the ground.
Valkyrie loves her sister, she is the most important person to her in the world who she simply cannot live withoutâŚ.but sheâs not always a fan of all the responsibilities that come with her. (Enter a certain surfer vamp guiding her off to a party once or twice)
before Valkyrie was limited down to night shifts you could find her in her sisters bed with both of them tangled together like two sleepy kitties. Theyâre very emotionally open with eachother and very affectionateâhowever they do have their rough ups and downs.. small things trigger small arguments⌠meds, Clarissa pushing herself too far, Valkyrie overworking herself. Clarissa is dependent but she understands how difficult sheâs made their lives..she doesnât want to be a lot, she knows she is no matter how much her sister tries to exaustedly reassure her.
It didnât fully hit Valkyrie what she meant to Clarissa, what she was to her until it was already too late for her to pretend she wasnât.
Her vampirism drove her down a panicked guilt path in which she realized that it was them against the world. But amongst the distress overwhelming her she saw a fix! A cure! Vampirism would cure her sister, No more machines.
No more tubes.
No more hospital beds⌠surely staying young forever didnât have any downsides, at least not any that a girl put into a guardianship role could seeâŚ
Valkyrie doesnât think and darts straight for the hospital. She wouldâve done it, made an impulsive decision to turn her sister & damn her to eternity. She wouldâve ripped that choice away from Clarissa without even realizing what she was doing.
If Viggo hadnât stopped her. They fought fang fang and claw the entire way there, both of them came out of it a bloody trembling mess but he stopped her. Heâd seen child vampirism before in laddie whom was lucky enough to detransition after max. He himself didnât get to make the choice for himself. He managed to pin Valkyrie down and talk her out of it, telling her the harsh truth that sometimes human death was kinder than forever, and Valkyrie backed down.
Val considered giving her sister up after that, to people who could afford better care. To a system, a proper family instead of a bunch of vampires in a surf shackâŚbut she couldnât bring herself to even if it was what she truly wanted. Her little sister is the biggest most challenging obstacle in her life but Val would choose her every time even if it means waiting things out.

The lost boys oc posting???âViggo Malik
TLDR: After running away from home and traveling the states, the lonely busking drifter is forced to settle down as a vampire yr 1979
âââ âââ
đđđđđ đđđđđ, 1979
Itâs easy to find yourself lost in Santa carla, the lights, the shopsâŚThe murder capital of the world! â a town thatâs always had its way of eating the lonely alive.
âââ âââ
Viggo was born yr. 1960 in New Orleans, where he was brought up in the Bywater district. His mother, Nannette, worked wherever there was workâmostly clubs and bars. She'd clean up after shows, run drinks, wipe tables, sweep floors. Sometimes, sheâd sing backup if someone didnât show. Viggoâs Father, Imran, worked down by the docks during the day. The pay was inconsistent but it kept them floating for the week so no one could really complain.
Viggo was a very quiet child, he was observant and easily overwhelmed. It was hard for Nan to raise a kid with early psychological issues but she did her best and made it very verbally clear to him how much he was loved. Any kids who did know him though a line of parents disliked him and considered him spoiled because of it. (Aka if they were bad theyâd get they ass wooped while Viggo got gentle parented LMFAOOO) But they were all small, no one knew any better.
Nannette homeschooled Viggo for the majority of his childhood. She taught him how to read using flyers, menus, handwritten notes, song lyrics. Math came from sorting tips at the kitchen table, counting change, learning how to budget blah blah blahâŚshe raised him to be respectful. To say what he meant and do what he promised.
Viggo doesnât notice it but everything sheâd taught him had become the spine of his moral compass. And he didnât notice how much being with the boys had changed that compass.
Because Nanette worked nights, Viggo spent a lot of time around these clubs and music venues near the French quarter. someone handed him a guitar when he was still too small to hold it properly. Sure it was cute for a few pictures but Nan picked up easily on how interested her son was and ended up handing down her own to him! (The one he still has today) Music made sense to Viggo! Well it made more sense than people did, song was simpler than conversation, and it gave him something to focus his restless and noisy mind on.
Year 1970, Nannette had died when Viggo was about Ten. everything good had been taken away along with his motherâs body. Imran spiraled into hard drinking, bigotry, and bitterness. He became cruel fast âhe hated Viggoâ resented him for needing too much, for being too quiet, and strange, and queer, and too much like his mother. Most of all, Viggo thinks Imran hated living, and that he was the closest thing to take that hatred out onto.
It wasnât long before Viggo was enrolled in Edna Karr. School was rough (learning ability wise), teachers didnât know what to do with him, and neither did the other kids. He wasnât bullied, but he never placed anywhere and didnât make many friends. At home accusations escalated and their altercations started getting more intense. Viggo managed to drop out on his own (Aka he just stopped going) that same year and his father saw it as another failure due to the way Nan brought him up.
Viggo and Imran clashed a lot, Viggo was as guilty of hitting his father as his father was him. Which wasnât often but it was enoughâDuring one episode that spiraled too far, Viggo snapped, grabbed his guitar and left.
Being homeless at eleven was oddly the easiest stage of his life. He had his guitar, he was still small; cute if scrappy, and peopleâmostly of his own complexionâ took easy pity on him. Older gutter punks looked out for him in limited ways. Theyâd let him crash in shared shelter spots, which plants wouldnât kill him and how to avoid police.
He stopped co-inhabiting after an ADULT man tried to steal HIS guitar caseđŤŠ. After that he kept to himself and kept the guitar on him at all times.
Traveling was fine if not exhausting, he walked during the days and slept during the nights, the most he would stay in one spot was around a week. He got this grand idea in his head that it didnât have to be exhausting and scary, that he would visit every town and city in all fifty of the states, and get proof of it! (Travel Patches for his vest!) Unfortunately proof costed money, and up until this point of leaving Louisiana heâd been fine digging for food with the occasional quarter patted into his palmâŚhe doesnât really know how to work, but he knows music so he starts busking.
Busking worked! Most of the time. People are generous when he still looks like someoneâs kid. He learns quickly which songs get coins and which ones donât.⌠He gets arrested.
Loitering. Vagrancy!! Playing without a permit. Something small, something meaningless. But it was enough to scare him and keep him moving.
As he gets older things start to change, The pity dries up. People stop seeing a âlost boyâ and start seeing a problem. A negro with no home and nothing better to do than bother these poor white folk trying to have a nice day ugh wtf Viggo.
It slaps him in the face HARD. Heâs chased off sidewalks. Watched too closely in stores. Threatened for existing too long in one placeâŚHe starts picking up on the fact that his more observant nature might be the only thing saving his sorry ass. If he could understand faces before words, he could get out before any issues arrived, but this made it hard work for money.
Jump ahead to 1979! Viggo is 19! Heâd stayed around the west a lot longer than heâd planned, it was nicer that way in the sense that there was public showers thanks to the beaches and lots of churches that were willing to offer food.
Heâd found his way to Santa Carla California where he stayed under a dock piling not far from the boardwalk. It was good money here! (The murder capital of the world who wouldâve thunk it?) he played in tourist spots and got food off the walk (mostly sweet treats but who cares) and things were looking good aside from the constant feeling that he was being watchedâŚ
He tried to brush it off, it wasnât uncommon for Viggo to feel like he was being watched or to hear things that just werenât there. But the feeling stops after heâd met a certain charming blonde around a week and some psychological horror later who shared a cigarette with him.
Marko became his friend, heâd visit him every other night and then he introduced Vig to a group of other rowdy teenage boys.
It was nice to feel like a kid! It was fun to have friends to do boyish things with, sneaking into movie theaters, hopping over cars and getting drunk on the beach, it was so fun he didnât really seem to notice the amount of times heâd almost died.
Unfortunately unknowingly running around with a gang of vampires will make you some enemies and Viggo gets beaten nearly to death on the cliffs by Surf nazis. Marko finds him as the sun is rising and gives him his blood in hopes to hold him over until he and the boys can come retrieve him but when they found Viggo again heâd already completed his bridge transition by mauling and consuming his assaulters. (Which is aâŚgentle way to put it). Viggo disassociated heavily during this process and was practically feral and tweaking once found.
Viggo endures the horrors and a dead manâs equivalent to seizures for about two years into his vampirism sadly enough⌠and wasnât overly interactive during the first few months, but managed to pull through and survive through Marko and Dwayneâs help (along with the other boys, but David had originally suggested a mercy kill when he saw how bad it was, Marko fought tooth and claw for this man godbless)
Skip again summer 1987! In the movies the boys die and David is implied dead (i say implied due to comic sequel & the fact that his body was never completely destroyed because of the original plans for another film other than tribe and thirst) and Viggo had managed to sever his bond to the coudlron before these events. Now he spends a lot of the storyline desperately trying to find a way to resurrect his boyfriends(?) but sadly in the end upon achieving this (??) he sacrifices himself.
Rat Central
đ Viggo is lean and fairly short standing at 5âft 8 inches and is visibly underweight. Heâs built up some slim muscle from carrying his guitar and baggage across the states, and has sturdy legs, but otherwise has a frail frame. Viggo typically wears his hair long and loose to conceal any tangles or knots, tying it back only halfway on the occasion that he does. He dresses in thin layers of mesh and fabrics wrapped around his torso, heavy large boots, and his travel vest. Viggo carries himself tensely in an attempt to appear bigger (in contrast to his height & weight) but seems most at ease when playing guitar or chatting up one of the boys.
ďżź đ The âfoundâ Vampires coincidentally lose all sense of rhythm post transition. Viggo considers this the worst thing that couldâve ever happened to him, his own death included⌠Playing his guitar since his un-death has proved a real struggle for Viggo-! He gets frustrated with it easily despite the boys claiming to enjoy anything he plays. Eventually Viggo discovers itâs easier to focus on timing rather than the flow or feeling of his songs and has been mimicking (or trying to mimic)his living playing style ever since. He claims he can still tell the difference but it still lures people in so who is he to complainâŚ:(
đ yr 1979, Viggo bonded with two Dock-rats near the piling he was squatting under. He named one âCharles-Julienâ and the other âJulien-Charlesâ. Both Charles and Julien were moved into the cave alongside Viggo after heâd joined The Lost Boys, and lived the rest of their lives out comfortably in its nooks and crannies. He often took them out and about in his jacket pockets when roaming the boardwalk.
đ Viggoâs First and last job was both found and lost on the boardwalk of Santa Carla. Before said job was offered, Viggo always assumed no one would hire him-therefore there was no reason to ever truly apply himself. A somewhat âfriendâ got him a job at the record store given his knowledge on music and the fact that heâd worked with it himself! He was good at his job! (Albeit this was a very simple gig). But unfortunately got fired not long before his death date due to the boys causing a general disturbance. He wasnât all that angry with them, but was embarrassed of himself that he couldnât keep hold of something so easy.
