Oh, that would kill me just seeing him at a distance. How was it hearing his voice irl?

It was very surreal hearing him irl, I was in the back of the line and kept hearing the Gary voice as I got closer to the front. He’s also WAY taller than I was expecting, or maybe I’m just short lol. Either way it made for a goofy picture but I love it.

It was a cool interaction and I can’t stop thinking about it, I got to get my books and Blu-ray signed and I got to tell him how much I loved Final Space and how he was such a big inspiration to me. Really wish I could’ve talked with him longer. It was so cool to see so many final space fans gathered together in real life (shout out to the two people I saw in the Gary and Mooncake cosplay, your jackets were sick!!!)

If you check the cities listed in the book tour, maybe he’s in one near you and you can go see him too! I know tickets on the site say sold out, but they didn’t cost money and were mostly just used for headcount stuff to see how many people were coming and the space they’d need.
