Was it casual when you told your brother you would've proposed if I was a man?

Insomnia is so weird. Wdym it took 5 hours to get to sleep in my perfectly good bed but I fell asleep on the floor in a couple of minutes

I used to have this neighbor who'd come over to my house, and we'd sit on the shed in the middle of the night drinking vodka together and talking about how messed up our lives were. We could stay up all night just talking to each other and watching the stars. I think we were both just messed up teenagers who needed someone to cry with. I think about him a lot

I've had the same recurring dream for a few years now where I'm a cashier at liquor store and a group of teenagers come in and get some whiskey and I turn to look out the window as they leave, and the sky is red, buildings are destroyed, cars are on fire, and its eerily quiet

Being a woman feels like being a beautiful, intricately, designed bronze automaton that men think of as only a statue on display, completely ignoring all that the automaton is capable of.

I'm convinced that there are three types of people. The Daedalus, the Icarus, and the Apollo. One who warns of danger, one who flies to danger, and one who is the danger.

Sometimes, when I can't think of anything to write, I put my playlist on shuffle and write like a paragraph based on a song title. I go from staring at a blank page and losing my mind to writing angst and losing my mind. Much more entertaining:)
