Hi everyone !!!
So, here it is!  the second part  of what to plantÂ
today I have for you: For the stomachacheÂ
well we often found ourselves with stomachache or with gases and your garden always give you what is best for your body. so here today I brought you the best plants to make teas and infusions  that will help with those problemsÂ
First the THYME
the thyme is a very tough plant, the only things that you need to have your own is soil, water and of course the seed
this plants helps a lot, it favors the digestion  reduce the gases and the inflammation that produce the stomachache.
to make the tea, you need to dry the leaves then prepare the tea as any otherÂ
if you donât have the space or the time to have the plant, then you can always found the thyme in this format. and it will help you to flavor your food and keep your tummy nice (ďźžâ˝ďźž)
The MINT
The mint is a really nice herb, it has a lot of uses, it smell nice and the tea is deliciousÂ
to plant this helpful herb we donât need much either, but if you want to have a plant like this you better keep it in plant pot inside the house, they are a bit sensitive to the temperature changes ( try to plat them in spring or autumn) and if you plant them outside you have to be careful because its a it invasive and soon it can cover all your garden.
for the tea you can dry the leaves or not, it doesnât really matter, it helps withe the nausea and to reduce the stomach inflammation  âŠ(︜â˝ď¸ś)âŠ
The ChamomileÂ
as always the Chamomile appears as one of the best herbs for anything we need.
the chamomile needs a lot of nutrients, so you will ned to make compost if you want to plant them, they are tough but with highs  temperature  their leaves can suffer some damage. they like the sun, so if you are going to keep them inside, the try to put them in a place where the sun hits.
you need to dry the flower to put them in a tea, so you have tho keep them like this  or buy them ( ďžâ˝ďž)/
The Fennel
this is a very common plant, and its very helpful  when it comes to healthÂ
The Fennel doesnât have much soil requirements, it just doesnât go well with cold, but  its easy to keepÂ
this herb has high digestive and  anti-inflammatory  properties, it  also helps to clean your hole systemÂ
to make the tea you can dry the leaves  or not, but it helps more when its fresh.
Last but not less
The BasilÂ
the basil its easy to keep, they like the sun and the high temperatures o
they  are really good for the digestion and of course to flavor your food,
to make the tea you need to dry the leaves, if your going to use them to cook then you can use them freshÂ
