A case could be made that Stefan and Elena are also like Holly and Michael but I put Tyler and Caroline as Holly and Michael because they were compatible, they had chemistry but their timing sucked. 

I guess Klaus and Caroline would be the closest to Dwight and Angela even though I don’t think Klaus and Caroline have the fortitude of Dwight and Angela but in terms of dynamic, I think they’d be the closest.

I think if Bonnie and Kai were to be a couple, they’d be Dwight and Angela too 

Damon and Elena would legit be Jan and Michael and the dinner party DE would host would be just as disastrous as Michael and Jan’s. Michael and Jan are legit their future.

Bonenzo and Beremy would be any of Erin’s ships mostly because I don’t think they really matter.

I feel like either Stebekah or Steferine would be Kelly and Ryan
