to the people who don't follow me there (or havent seen the posts), basically after the events of WTFuture, Edd depends on Tord, because the guy is in a constant manic-depressive state and needs someone else to make sure he won't kill himself (accidentally or not) Tord agrees because they love him (platonically/romantically/sexually/etc), even though they won't admit it publically. And both mutually benefit from eachother.

Since they're very busy with work, Tord runs away to some public bathroom and waits for Edd. When he arrives, they make out, even though both have the intention of having sex — they've tried before and were immediately caught. Sad!

Tord uses aphrodisiacs with Edd, because the ones they have have the effect of basically "turning off" Edd's brain. And Edd enjoys being a mindless slut.
