Akechi wouldn't pee in the pool. (on purpose) He has the pool rules memorised, knows the chemistry that makes chlorine work, and knows how urine uses up the disinfectants in the water making outbreaks of bacteria more likely.

If his classmates tried to stop him, he would sneak in when they weren't looking. Then he would explain everything he knows about pools to whoever he could, including an explanation of why he never pees in the pool any more, unlike the shower.

you’re actually so right. people do not want to swim with him for this specific reason. he tries to talk to toritsuka about this and toritsuka very loudly goes “WHOA whyd the water go warm!!! thats crazy. guys i think akechi pissed.”

on a completely unrelated note, every other week since kusuo’s older brother moved away, he’s received a letter in the mail from kusuke! his friends and parents are always a little confused at the letter’s contents and WHY kusuo’s always quick to open it, going “knowing him he has a LOT to say which is annoying.”
