I've been feeling down lately; i am usually more active on Tw*tter and I consider it my main social media, but oh wow, it is becoming terrible for artists (and for everyone, honestly). AI is everywhere, the situation feels truly devastating, and I don't even know if I want to keep using it (at least, for sharing my art).

I am terrible on trying to keep up with social media, specially on trying to reach out with my art; but i want to try with this blog, and maybe even on Inst*gram... We'll see!

I am busy with college right now, since i have my exams this January; but i want to work on a commission sheet (and to make a bigger post explaining and telling about my handmade jewelry too!) and on other personal projects involving my art (mostly related to oc's and roleplaying, mainly working on my own campaign...)

Some updates, thought! I have been drawing Zoe, the alterego that Bora (an oc i have already showed and talked about here) is using right now!

It's still a work in progress, but at least i am advancing. I am also trying to change my methods a bit. And talking about changing methods...

My family gifted me this Huion for Christmas! I already draw on my iPad and i am used to Procreate, so this feels like a big change (and even a challenge) for me.

This is my first attempt on Clip Studio, and yes, they are my most safe oc to draw (or in general).

He's called 'Bora'; he is a character i'm playing right now on a campaign mastered by @akashicarchive ; he's an Endiffian Exemplar (he's got severe mommy issues - let's say he hates his mom since she abandoned his home when he was born and never came back) and he is currently taking the shape of a girl called 'Zoe' (an alterego he created to work as an spy/supernatural kind of detective, but let's be honest, he's got issues with his true appearance).

All of this chitchat is just an excuse for me to say how difficult it is for me to draw 'Zoe'; you know, i can't show 'Bora' yet to the other players, and it's a frustrating feeling when you kinda get hyperfixated on your own character. :')

So, yeah, i realize that Genshin Impact just released this new character that looks just a lot like him:

This is already the second time that Hoyoverse releases a character that looks like one of my ocs omg. Okay, the point is, i saw this tweet...

So, all of this post was just an excuse to post this sketch that I don't plan on finishing. Sorry. Yeah. Also, have Bora with his loose hair!!

Which is to say, our little chicken boy here can turn into anything he wants. This transformation ends up causing crack-shaped scars on the skin, however - which are non-harmful, and are simply a testament to a myriad lives lived by transforming into someone else. Culturally, they are considered a symbol of wisdom, as they prove that you were able to make extensive use of your powers and either not get caught or live through being caught, both of which are achievements on their own.

First thing first, an angsty drawing of one oc i'm currently using on a campaign; he is a vampire spawn in case you were wondering. The name's Frey btw.

And since he is easy to tease, a sketch with him and his potential love interest.

Now, i need to present my most beloved oc since ya'll might see them a lot around here; i made a sketch of them as how i think they would have looked like when they were a child. Name's Caeli, thought.

I originally planned on finishing this one, but I might have to fix the hair. Inside the bag there are cookies, they do love cooking (specially sweets).

And this one is just a sketch I made for pleasure of them with their potential love interest! They are so cute and they always heal my soul lol. I need to admit that I sometimes get hyperfixated on them.

And I even drew their first encounter (he is a plot relevant NPC related to their lore so of course it would be an impactful moment, or maybe i'm just too emotionally attached to them (?))

Campaign is Reign of Winter, adapted with (heavy) homebrew to play with some stuff from PF2e and (a severely limited amount of) SF.
