If you want to be happy, limit absolutely any relationships that bring negativity or problems into your life. deleting social media, limiting any quick dopamine and more self-analysis rather than self-destruction

literally a year ago I was very dependent on carnal pleasures (sex, tactility of various kinds) and I don't know... whether to be happy or sad that now I absolutely don't need it. A year ago I was literally dying from the lack of love in my life, intimacy.. I cried a lot because I felt like I was alone and I was very scared. I am grateful to God that he saves me from different fear.
