In my case, it was more fans complaining about “them making me” do an American accent, not realizing it was my decision. ABC didn’t care what voice I used.
I may go check out Comic Con downtown this year. I’ve never been to one and I could claim it’s “character research” for my show since the main characters are all very nerdy like that.
I actually think I like San Diego more than LA. Apart from work and it being where all my American friends were, I didn’t have any real attachment to Los Angeles. San Diego has its bits that feel more like home. I own my first American home here. I never wanted to buy in LA. I don’t know why.How are you finding it so far?

Yes, Comic Con is full of nerds - but I mean that in the best way possible! Everyone there is so creative with their costumes and they ask interesting and original questions at panels. Those who come really make the day great! I'm also so amazed by the costumes, though. There are quite a few people who dress up as Maggie or other characters from the show and it's cool to see people dress up as your character and I've come to appreciate the fact that they would think of my character to dress as.
Really? LA was a lot like a home away from home for me. I like to split my time between London and California, and then of course, I'm in Georgia for a couple months, but I was a bit fond of LA and my apartment there. But I understand what you're saying.
I think it's nice here. There are a lot of things to do, which is great. While I enjoy being home and relaxing, I don't mind going out, and I've passed some really nice looking places to do just that.

Oh I love huskies just as long as I don’t have to live with them. They shed too much for me. But as far as groomers, I think they usually hang within 20 or so miles, so depending on what area you’re in, you should be able to find someone. But I’ll ask my neighbor!

I've been enjoying it. Kind of hard to settling into my apartment. I suppose I've just been lazy with it, but it feels as though there are about a million boxes left to be unpacked and no time to unpack them.

Ahw, huskies are adorable. But I suppose that's besides the point! I heard that there are some reputable dog groomers that are mobile. I'm sure not sure how far they'd be willing to go from where they're from. That would be really wonderful if you could.

Hey, my dog loves anyone - kidnappers and groomers alike. I'm sure he would willingly go with you! But the trick to getting him to stay would be lots of toys and an overabundance of treats.
Does anyone happen to know of a good, reliable dog groomer in the San Diego area? I tried the local Pet Smart about six weeks ago and wasn't too happy with how short my man's nails were cut.
