Long before, in the first days of the North Kingdom, they built a great watch-tower on Weathertop, A m o n   S û l  they called it.  It is told that  E l e n d i l  stood there watching for the coming of Gil-galad out of the West, in the days of the Last Alliance.

It is mine to give to whom I will. Like my heart.

Eowyn as I imagine her / Just my imagination in Tokien’s style (it’s Rivendell btw though I guess you know that already) I’ve found myself being caught up by Tolkien’s world in recent days. Again. It works for me as the catalyst for my creativity. Ah, I just can not imagine my life without all of it.

I wonder if people will ever say, ‘Let’s hear about Frodo and the Ring.’ And they’ll say ‘Yes, that’s one of my favorite stories. Frodo was really courageous, wasn’t he, Dad?’ ‘Yes, my boy, the most famousest of hobbits. And that’s saying a lot.’
