I reckon one of the richest untapped seams in Middle-Earth lore for adaptations is just what happened to the kings of men who became the Nazgul. I'd love to see a depiction of some of them, because who were they? Who followed or loved them, and what was it like to see their lord and perhaps family member descend into madness and ultimately become something of monstrous power, yet so reduced? Heck, what happened to the realms those mortal men had governed?
