âTake a trip? My â my. Is dear Thea going to venture into the light? Please do wear some sunscreen, our skin is fragile.â Taedyn smirked, though appreciative of her efforts. He would have not mind taking a break â too many people anticipated the Candyman, none knew of Thea. âDeadly, I am sure. Somehow you managed to be more normal. You are similar to Deo, but only in some ways so do not take that as an offense.â Taedyn knew he would have, somehow. âNew CEO?â Taedyn cared little for that sort of business. He was never a man to directly show off his face, why would he care for tech? âNo. I have not. Do I look like one that cares? I merely understand the market through my own research, I do not need someone telling me. So what does this CEO have to do with anything?â Taedyn paused, spinning around. âAhh â Please do not tell me you are debating on bringing someone new.â
âMm, did you burn yourself again? Poor thing turns as red as the spider lilies.â She returned the smirk, finally standing to her full height. Her outfit was a simpler one, adorned with bits of foliage here and there. And luckily she enjoyed dressing up or this would be such a hassle for her. âYour compliments have been consistent Tae.â Her brow rose high, smirk still on her face. She was not suspicious of her brother. Never. But only curious as he complimented her normalcy compared to the rest of them. âRemember, normal only goes so far and this is as far as it goes for me.â Thea walked to exit her Greenhouse and to the doors of the rest of her home. âBringing someone new.â A laugh followed a quick scoff from her at her brotherâs words. She could only side eye him for a moment. âI just want to see if the rumors tell me is true of him.â
