I wouldn’t wish to go into all the details of my mental state, but I can say that by ‘them’ I meant Aziraphale and Crowley specifically.

I’d been in a difficult physical state for a long time, and stress was having a huge impact on it. as a result, my brain started looking for ‘shortcuts’ to ‘solve’ this problem (though its actions only made things worse).

three weeks ago, I was plagued by a flood of anxious thoughts and feelings of guilt, and I found myself experiencing severe emotional burnout. and yes, it was all because my brain had ‘identified’ the problem with my condition. It decided that I’d feel better if I stopped myself from loving them (I had a rather interesting childhood, if you know what I mean. so it’s no surprise that my brain saw a threat in the Good Omens. I lived within certain constraints for a long time, and that’s had a huge impact on me now. and on the range of anxious thoughts I have, haha :)

aziracrow mean a lot for me and, of course, I couldn’t bring myself to stop loving them. so I continued to suffer from this dreadful anxiety until my self-reflection reached the point where I began to untangle everything my brain had concocted.

— "I miss you, my dear Crowley..."

what if Aziraphale had got himself a snake in Heaven (after the kiss in s2) and called it Crowley?
