The familiar electricity in the air had the administrator looking up from his duties in the Lost Ground almost expectantly. His face had no signs of emotion, but his wingtips were bristling in the air, standing out against the rugged stone he sat on. He knew he’d been gone for a while, and took the fact that he might never have seen this AI again in stride, but it appeared they came looking for him.
Balmung closed his menu and sat there, eyes roaming the field for any immediate signs of who was approaching.
Not many threats floated among the Sea of Data, yet his leave from his dormant state was not for a danger,. Nor for a repair in some random field. It couldn’t be considered a problem so grave he would immediately teleport without any care.
It was for a dear friend he thought would never return. Oh, how Azure Kite missed his administrator friend, the Original Data for Azure Balmung. And to note that he was within a Lost Ground made him think Balmung was visiting!
