It was a gorgeous autumn day and Max was itching for a walk, so as Eric made his way to his way around town they were of course going to stop by his favorite red head’s shop. She was turned around when Max started jumping excitedly. She spoke, and Eric nodded, holding the goofy sheepdog back “Looks great, red.” he beamed. “I’m really digging all the fall colors.”
゚・:*。 ARIEL’S SMILE WAS big and bright - - her father , andersen triton , liked to call it her twenty cents smile for the way it showed off her dime-sized dimples - - but it was no peculiarity to the owner of the voice nor the canine whose paws left an excited pitter-patter against the pavement . ❝ hey there , sweet boy , ❞ she cooed in greeting , crouching to gently massage at max’s neck through his shaggy coat . ❝ well , an approval from you two is the only one i need today . just in the neighborhood ? ❞ she questioned , finally tearing her attention away from the friendly rescue to greet his handsome owner .
Releasing his grip on the canine, he chuckled. His eyes lingering on her dimples and smile just a second too long. He and his dog had the same reaction to the moniker, though Max was the one receiving the affection. Expectedly so though. Max was a love bug. Beaming, Eric spoke. “Aw you’d have our stamp of approval if you just had a couple streamers out.” It was the truth, Eric genuinely loved her store. “Oh you know, taking our daily walk around town. It’s gorgeous out and I couldn’t just pass without stopping by.” Brown eyes sparkling, he met her gaze. “So what’re you up to today?” He wondered, passing his hands awkwardly through his hair.
