      ‘ i still don’t know what a ‘ yeet ‘ is. why is it empty? what is empty? oh! is it a wrestling move? i didn’t know you were into wrestling. ’

      ‘ hey catch! ’ and here comes a flying leg! a fake one, but still a leg. it has atlas’s name written on it too.

      ‘ ugh. ’ perhaps not the usual way to greet a vampire, but atlas has tangled far too often with the ones that’s eyes gleam with sadistic mischief when they spot him, and he’s well aware of why. ‘ don’t even say anything, just kill me. ’

      ‘ will you stop with that damn name! ’ he bristles like a rather unfriendly cat who’s not sure how upset it should be yet, teeth bared to the girl as he hisses with both parts embarrassment and anger. ‘ it’s---it’s---mean! ’ mean? really, atlas, you called a little girl mean.

           don’t mind her. she’s just jumping into his arms with abandon, wrapping her limbs around him to hold herself up. a smile like the sun graces her flushed features, as a simple word falls from her lips.
