Enter Agnes Point
First things first, this is a horror based roleplay and scary things will happen. Your character can and probably will get hurt, but I will not kill characters unless the player is inactive or informs me that they’re leaving the rp. As of this moment, I’m aiming for a minimum of six players, but that may change depending on how many people take interest. Now, onto my sales pitch:
Your character was just living their life as usual when they suddenly started having weird dreams about a town called Agnes Point. Of course, most would ignore these dreams, but soon letters and phone calls start pouring in, asking your character to come to the town and visit. If these fail, the town will literally force your character to come by teleporting them there, whether that be them driving somewhere else and suddenly finding themselves outside the town or them just waking up there depends on the circumstances.
At first, Agnes Point seems completely normal. Just a small town in the middle of nowhere with people who aren't used to meeting outsiders, but it's when night falls that things take a turn. There is no moon and the town has shifted into a nightmarish landscape crawling with monsters. No matter how long they try to wait it out, the sun does not rise again, time doesn't seem to pass at all in the place, and so they're left with one choice: fight through Agnes Point and try to figure out what the hell is going on.
Agnes Point will be used as a means to explore trauma and the effects it can have on a person, both mentally and physically, so it’s going to be a bit of a heavy story. Player discretion is advised.
