the tension between me and the 9ct gold watch i'm watching on ebay
btw i won the bidding war (it was not as intense as i thought it'd be lol)
#i bid £30 more than i wanted to but £150 for a 9ct watch (w/ a rolled gold bracelet) isn't bad at all#my only worry is it's OLD. but i'm not sure how old#the seller says 1920s-1930s but i have yet to investigate the date stamps#he says it works and there's video proof of it but we'll see if it manages to keep time#edit: i investigated the date stamp (it was a whole thing) and idk when it was made but it was stamped in 1929 or 1930#which is INSANE
