I was sent this by a sweet moot who got one too.. if you get one of these in any way just know I don’t give two cute furry rats asses about follower count so wouldn’t send this, also why would I bother being on anon and say to follow me?? Kind of defeats the purpose of anon don’t you think

To the anon doing this I’m going to say this once and only once because I know you want a huge public reaction.. if you know me and have a genuine issue with me, because of something I’ve done to you or you have perceived I’ve done talk to me like a normal adult human so we can move on. you’ll have to say it with your whole chest because anons are off but I’m not going anywhere.

Tips from someone who lived in the US with this heat regularly and didn’t always have air conditioning.

Don’t forget to drink some electrolytes as well as water you’ll be losing those while you sweat.. and make sure to stay super hydrated if on antidepressants and anxiety meds they don’t do well with sun or heat. Eating cucumber and watermelon can also help with this a little.

I know the tradition is suns out fill the beer gardens but moderation is super important because alcohol dehydrates and makes you sweat more! (Source years of taping mics on actors after the opening night cast parties and needing the super sticky tape with varying success 😂)

SPF is not a one and done! Reapply consistently especially if sweating or swimming.

If you have south facing windows keep them closed and curtains drawn during the brighter/hotter parts of the day. Also take warm/hot baths and showers instead of cold may seem daft but it does help. (Shower/bath raises your core body temp a couple degrees so air temp feels cooler for a while after)

And forget what anyone says if you want it and don’t have any medical reasons not to ice cream is a food group and a valid meal choice because it’s better than nothing.
