welcome to my little corner of the internet!!
i made this blog because i wanted a place to keep myself accountable and document my journey toward becoming healthierāboth physically and mentally.
iāve realized that sitting around waiting to feel motivated isnāt really getting me anywhere, so iām choosing to start anyway. even if itās just a short walk, a few stretches, dancing around my room, or trying a workout that absolutely destroys me (looking at you, cardio).
this isnāt a fitness influencer blog. iām not a personal trainer, i donāt have everything figured out, and iām definitely not aiming for perfection.

my goal isnāt to become perfect overnight. my goal is simply to build habits that future me will be thankful for.
