Hello! And thanks ^.^ I wash my hair once a week with a sulfate free shampoo. I like Shea Moisture's Moisture Retention and Organix Coconut Milk shampoos. If I need another wash, but not a strong one,  I will do a conditioner wash. I like Tresseme naturals Flawless curls and Aussie Moist conditioners. If I have excessive buildup and I NEED to shampoo again in the same week, I will.

I like to deep condition on the same day that I shampoo. I will either make my own with things like aloe vera juice, honey, yogurt, grapeseed oil.. or just let my regular conditioner sit for 30 mins-1hour with a shower cap to get a deep conditioning. If you want to know something, asking is the only way to find out! No forgiveness necessary. :) I wish you love and healthy hair.
