Mars in Aries/1st house - splash cold water on face and reset body temperature and equilibrium, remind the inner child it is safe and doesn’t need to defend, intensive physical activity

Mars in Taurus/2nd house - scream your lungs out. destroy the reminders of old relationships, holidays, and lives conserved around your house as sentiment that only make you sad or longing   you don’t need to hold onto the past if some of those places are painful

Mars in Gemini/3rd house - move away from the environment into a fresh, open space you can fight your mind with the two beat breath inhale and exhale, inhale and exhale, and the world doesn’t seem so antagonistic anymore

Mars in Cancer/4th house - dream yourself into the heated conquest, feel the flames rise as you fantasise about your elemental power - fire, earth, air, water, and every possibility. imagine setting your house on fire, watching your past and present perish in the flames, arms outstretched for your inner child who has been battling this all alone in every moment

Mars in Leo/5th house - sunshine and activity/practice that keeps the heartbeat steady, dreaming the conquest and possibilities - rage is a good time to test physical limits and manifestation of miracles. joining and immersing into the imaginary play of children, see how many times you can make somebody laugh, 

Mars in Virgo/6th house - in trying to control the surrounding environment one relinquishes exactly that, the world becomes an enemy. don’t run, stay and fight, use discreet intellectual weapons, declutter, rearrange, discard, dispose, converse, reflect. rage is a great time for a wise-mind/lower-mind therapy session discourse. spend time with pets.

Mars in Scorpio/8th house - transmuting sexual energy and tension into creative transpiration, visualising the two kundalini serpents circulating up the spine like fiery sparklers and moving with the natural energy produce

Mars in Sagittarius/9th house - meditation and one on one speculation with the universe, rage is resourceful for study - metallisation is distracted but learns extensively by detouring into curiosity, physical activity beneath sunshine, play and run with pets, people watch in public, plan next holiday, focus on intellectual challenges

Mars in Capricorn/10th house - recite and remember, one will never receive the apology needed from the father, and self-destructive acts that instantly impair or destroy everything that has been so hard to achieve is punishment meant for past pain, and that the wrong person is being punished - you

Mars in Aquarius/11th house - a large portion of rage is on behalf of society and humanity - inequality, poverty, environmental destruction. energy needs to direct into conceiving ideas and actions that can make a difference 

Mars in Pisces/12th house - the sound of the ocean. remind yourself not to keep provoking and re-inducing the bad thoughts, fear, and panic in cycles because it’s the state you believe you need to be in at that moment, rather than directing energy into fighting inner battles held in the past, use the energy for leaving it there
