It's always so pissing off- to read arguments about how you can only cast queer actors in queer roles, because no body should have to come out to get a job, i will always love and support all queer people who get their jobs while being out but that doesn't mean anyone has to disclose their sexual identity. The fact that you are assuming that someone is straight just because they haven't said anything seems like a you problem. Also Red White and Royal Blue, literally written and directed by queer people. (Also the major homophobes in the movie being played by out queer people WAS CINEMA). I hate also that people have to come out to live fulfilling lives. Like I can tell the people that I want to. I don't have to tell everyone. I appreciate and have a lot of love for the people that do do that, but no one needs to know about my personal preferences if I don't want to tell them. Support queer stories and the fact that they are being told. Queer Stories deserve to be outlandish, corny and full of love and hope.
