In 1983 Warhol visited Spain, as part of a European tour in which he intended to sell his paintings and get portrait commissions, and also exhibited at the Vijande gallery. He visited Toledo, a city that he said was 'Disneyland, but for real'. When night fell, several parties were organized for him, one at Hachuel's house where he met Fabio McNamara, and where he launched the famous: 'You are a star', as Fabio himself recounts in his 'Fabiography'. At that party were Los Costus, Pedro Almodóvar and Alaska. Right there in the middle of some stairs, a concert by 'Alaska y Dinarama' and 'Almodóvar y McNamara' was improvised. Andy Warhol was before the Spanish Factory. Also, as a curiosity, Warhol pressed the button on his camera without focusing, without looking through the lens at anything that caught his eye, whether it was a medieval tapestry or a person. Among those photographs, years later, one was discovered entitled 'Unknown woman', that unknown woman turned out to be Alaska.
