How to be Happy for No Reason
There's no time like the present to take ownership of your personal happiness. Over the past 6 months, Many people have experienced a significant drop in their happiness since quarantine first began. The good news is that even through life's biggest challenges, happiness can be cultivated and increased. Based on the research from Marci Shimoff's New York Times bestselling book, "Happy for No Reason," I'll be sharing with you the seven keys to creating happiness from the inside out, plus practical tools and exercises that you can start using from our first session onward. In Session 1, we'll discuss what being "Happy for No Reason" means and learn about the happiness set-point, what impacts it, and how to raise it. Plus, we'll discuss the first two keys in detail. As an experienced Life Coach, Passion Test Facilitator, and now a newly certified "Happy for No Reason" trainer, I'm so excited to share with you these amazing tools! I began implementing them in my life over 10 years ago and I've felt, first-hand, the impact they can have. Furthermore, I've recently taken over 40 of my independent seniors through this material and it has shown that no matter your age or current experience of happiness, you can be even happier.
