hope everyone had a good christmas !!

i didnt even think before saying that, it was just how i felt. i think i struggle with poetry because i have a hard time understanding my emotions, and poetry is nothing if not emotional. but in that moment, i felt very in-tune with myself. and i said something that still pops into my mind sometimes.

Sometimes I like to note down those moments where I feel more in-tune with my emotions and thoughts. It—at least for me— helps a lot with giving me a place to come back to if I feel lost with myself.
