You have quite a nice face structure, if you lower your chin when you smile. How old are you? Do you want a job? Don't worry, I'm not a suspicious character~
âŚ[sighs impatiently] I donât smile.Â
[pulls out a cigarette and holds it between his teeth] Because you donât at all sound like a suspicious character.Â
[lights the cigarette and waves it around a little] Listen, lady, I donât have time for this. Whatâs the job for and how much does it pay?Â
⌠[turn face] Donât got none of those.Â
[takes the gum and unwraps it] So. Hypoth-i-cly.Â
Iâm seventeen. I need a mom to sign it or some crap like that?
-visibly tries to contain himself, then throws his arms around Var's neck- So you'll do it? You will? Oh, you are so wonderful. If you become best friends with the other photographers, I shall be jealous forever.
-bounces on his feet- Hm...oh, and you don't need a signature. Just your lovely self. Oh! And a photo, of course. I would take one this instant, except I don't have my camera. Do have high quality ones of your front and profile? Never mind, I would feel more at ease if I took them myself. When are you free?

Liz: *smiles in a friendly manner* Excuse me, I was wondering if I might ask you for a bit of advice. *lowers her voice* Has to do with dark circles under the eyes. Insomnia, you know... ((I can't believe she didn't say hi yet!))
The star dropped the pouch of dried marigolds at once and grabbed the humanâs hands, lacing his fingers through hers. âLove, IÂ understand your misery! Nothing distresses me more than waking up to such a ghastly sightâoh, but it is so easy to hide them.â His words followed rapidly, one after another. âYou can slice cucumbers or raw potatoes and lay them over the eyes when you catnap. Rosewater or a mixture of lemon and tomato juice will do the trick as well. Just be sure to rinse the lemon off afterwards. And almond oil lightens the eyes. Hm, have I forgotten anything?â
He laughed and swung their intertwined hands. âMy name is Ezekiel, love, and your eyes are radiant.â
At the mention of sunburn, she winced in remembered pain. âThey are indeed! As white as I am, I donât tan. I burn. Iâll be sure to ask your advice in the future, then, if I have a question about such things.â
Elizabeth blushed a little when he (Or was it she? It was difficult to tell, and she worried about being rude and using the wrong gender pronoun!) complimented her name. âThank you, Iâve always liked it. I havenât seen too many people named âEzekielâ, but I like that name as well; it suits you, I think.â
Looking at the flowers the star had, she cocked her head. âOh, I didnât know they could do that!â She accepted a flower with a âthank-youâ, and said, âMy mother grows those because she thinks theyâre pretty, but I didnât know they had a practical use. Yâlearn something new every day! How does one use them for callouses, though?â She was interested now because Peridan was very self-conscious about his, and didnât like to go out without his gloves on.
He had picked up the rest of the dried flowers and glanced up at her in the midst of inspecting the packet. "Hm, does it? I've always loved pet names, though. Have you got any that you're fond of? But I should think the best names are the ones given by the ones you're fond of." The star nodded as if allowing a moment for his wisdom to sink in before launching enthusiastically into, "A dryad showed me how to do it once. He was beautiful--such delightful fingers. One needs a dark jar. Dark. And almond oil. And a week." Ezekiel frowned. "I think it'd be better if I just gave you the marigold oil after it's been refined."
He flung his arms around her shoulders. "Oh, can we visit each other? Only I haven't got a place of my own, but it's usually quite easy to find me! Do you grow anything? Do you grow witch hazel?" His voice fell to a hush. "For puffy eyes."
-pushes through the crowd and somewhat tackles the human's shoes- These are absolutely /breathtaking/, love. DO divulge the name of the one who made them. -clears throat delicately and stands, brushing creases from his dress- I would love to know your name as well.
The Jedi princess nearly jumped as the stranger approached and admired her shoes; needless-to-say, she wasnât accustom to the doting of strangers over her footwear.Â
"Why thank you," AJ replied, with a small laugh.Â
"My bootsâŚ.uhmmm I really donât know where my grandfather got them, but I can ask him and relay the information to youâ if youâd like," she offered with a smile.
"I am Jedi princess Alyssa Liberty, and you my dear friend?" She returned, remembering her manners from Pittsburgh and curtsying before the dressed-up stranger.
"Might I say, your dress flatters you. It is very elegant and your hairâŚ. itâs enough to make a girl jealous. You have fantastic taste in attire," the eighteen year old added.Â
"Like grapevines?" AJ laughingly remarked. She couldnât withhold a smile as she envisioned two grapevines entwined together.
"You would have loved the gardens in Pittsburgh, they were full of trellises and arbors with grapes and morning glories. I used to climb on them as a child," she breathed, reminiscing made her feel a tad homesick.
"Iâm sorry Zek, I donât drink. I never wanted to. I will have some grape juice if they have some. If you are too drunk, Iâll carry you across the room," the Jedi princess added with a teasing air.Â
With a highly amused grin she answered, ânoted. I shall take advice from you, so long as you do not prescribe too many pink and fluffy things.â Pink was too feminine for her and she would rather not wear it, so long as she could avoid it.
Seeing the starâs eyes peering out from under the smooth royal blue brim she smirked. In a southern like accent she cooed, âI should get  yah  a hat just like that partner.â
The jovial expression changed a bit when he mentioned the throne and describing it. The smirk sank into a dreadful frown and her head, which had been held high most of the night, drooped like a wilting flower.Â
"I had a throne," she softly corrected him.. Her aquamarine eyes twinkled hesitantly as she continued, "well our throne room was huge.  Imagine this hall here and nearly double it in size." As she spoke she took a few steps towards the center of the room and she threw out her arms. It may have seemed as though AJ had gone crazy, but in reality, her photographic memory had taken hold of her. AJ was no longer standing in Narnia, but the walls of Pittsburghâs castle rose around her as she slowly spun around.
Her aquamarine gaze seemed sharp yet distant as she motioned to either side of the room on her left and right.  There were roman like arches  all around the room,â she breathed in explanation. Â
Taking a few steps to her right she continued, âeach of the pillars were made out of a delicate, cool, white, and black marble.  And in front of most of the pillars stood the most magnificent golden candelabras. The gold matched the roomâs decorative trim. And there were banners cascading seamlessly between the elegant arches- banners with the insignias of my father and mothers family⌠but the closer you get to the seven royal blue and gold thrones, there are ones to represent my siblings and myself. But my favorite partâŚmy favorite part of the room was the magnificent stained glass windows that surround the room. Oh, how I miss it. So many vibrant colors used to dance upon the floorsâŚâ Her voice shook ever so slightly as she spoke. There was a terrible sense of grief and misery that came with remembering things the way they had once been.
"The floor⌠oh the floor was done in the most spectacular white and gold tiles. But down the centerâŚ.. down the center of the room and around the seven thrones there was a delicate sweep or red, white, and blue  carpet," suddenly she fell short, remembering that she was in Narnia and gushing on and on about something that Bram had likely destroyed by now. After all Bram delighted in taking everything that was remotely lovely and turning it into the most gut twisting hellish atmospheres.
Then placing a hand on Zekâs arm AJ whispered, âIâm sorry, I got carried away. I would loved to have taken you there, my friend.. but I doubt that Bram has maintained itâs beauty. It is likely nothing remains of the throne room as I have known it.â
"As you wish, I would be delighted to give you access to my wardrobe. I must warn you that I have stolen several of my brotherâs outfits, but you can have access to my room at any time," AJ proudly confessed with a smile.Â
With a laugh she added, âI have no doubts that a hairbrush can be your mighty weapon, just as the saber, bow, and blaster are mine. However, I must add, the people must feel safer around you and your brush than they do around a Jedi.âÂ
"Tell me Zek, what is your home like?" She patiently questioned.Â

^^the picture I used to kind of envision the throne room but AJ made sure she spoke of the differences between the picture and her home.Â
He bounced a little on his heels. "I would love to visit Pittsburgh and see the gardens. Did they grow roses? They moisturize and renew the skin. Or lavender? It's another essential moisturizer and works regardless of how oily or dry your skin is. And orchids for fragrance, of course. I absolutely adore orchids," the star sighed.
"Never mind the wine," he answered easily. "Let's have juice. I've been talking with so many delightful creatures that I am positively parched. Naturally, love, pink isn't for everyone. Purple shadow will highlight your blue eyes better than a green. A bronze or terracotta would also do the trick if you prefer warmer colors. And I see military jackets with gold buttons and shoulder fringes."
Ezekiel began measuring Alyssa's shoulders and arms as he spoke rapidly in excitement. He did not have nearly enough patience to sew, but he knew people who could. It would be so fun to be in charge of the human's wardrobe for a day, or a week. "What do you think of backless dresses, if flouncy clothes are not to your taste? A floor-length red dress with a diamond-studded band low across your back would be ravishing."
The star listened attentively to the description of the wondrous room, cooing every so often in delight and rapture. "If you have so little faith in your butler, you can replace him with someone more capable of maintaining such a delightful chamber," Ezekiel exclaimed rather petulantly. "Do please let me see it, even if it has fallen out of its former glory. There is beauty in ruin and old things too, Alyssa love."
He tilted his head to the side. "Jedi? Is that the name of some curious creature I have not yet met?" Ezekiel giggled and opened the fan that dangled from his wrist. "My home? It was cold and dreadfully dark, with hardly any company and nothing of interest. It was utterly dull and I'm glad I left it." He snapped the fan shut, serious for a split second, but then another smile crossed his face. "Let's have drinks and watch interesting people. I get such a thrill from watching people."

"You have the prettiest hair!"
Lucyâs hands ran to touch a lock of her golden hair, auburn in the sun, and she chuckled. âDo I? Why, thank you. I think you have lovely hair, too. Iâm Lucy, Lucy Pevensie.â
He giggled. "You must be an absolutely warm person, love, I can tell. Do you condition your hair with coconut or olive oil? An egg mask will give you shine and softness you cannot imagine. I recommended it to a dryad the other d--oh, that would be an egg, milk, lemon, and olive oil. Only half a lemon. You don't want any damage. What was I saying?" The star curtsied. "I'm Ezekiel."
I saw these and thought ZEEEEEEEKKKKK babyyyyyy
He laid everything out on Alyssa's bed and began pointing out each item. "This one is a sort of collar-choker piece and I haven't figured out exactly what I'll pair it with, but wouldn't a plunging v-neck be delectably risquÊ? This silver and turquise collar is angelic, especially if worn over a cute sweater. As for this one, hm, it looks rather like a shawl, doesn't it love? A white, thinly knit sweater, and definitely a topknot for my hair. I really like this necklace, doesn't it give the impression of wintry flowers? I can't decide whether I like white or grey better to pair with it. I do wear a lot of white, but it could be the snowy backdrop for the flowers."
Zek paused to take a breath, giving a momentary, false impression that he was finished, before launching into the last piece of jewelry. "This I found in a sweet little shop, the cashiers were so adorable, and the necklace is simply absolutely my style, don't you think Alyssa? Well, what do you think of them? Please give me your honest opinion."

A set of stuff to Zek love AJ
The star cooed when he lifted the lid from the box and discovered an exquisite array of multicolored stones that would be perfect with a snowy lace dress. "Love, I am ecstatic," he declared, throwing his arms around Alyssa.

She jumped slightly, a bit startled by the sudden grabbing of her hands, but she chuckled nervously and listened with great interest to the starâs advice. Sheâd never thought of her eyes being âradiantâ, and she had never quite learned how to take a compliment, so she made a bashful sort of âhalf-shrugâ and mumbled a thank-you before commenting, âYou know, Iâd heard that about cucumber slices, but I didnât know you could use potatoes. Iâve heard of you, Ezekiel; Iâve heard that you give wonderful advice on these things, soâŚanyway, itâs nice to meet you. Iâm Elizabeth, by the way.â
The star nodded emphatically. "And potato juice can also soften the skin, amend dark spots, and eradicate blemishes on the face. They provide wonderful cooling and healing for a sunburn--such tragedy, sunburns, aren't they? They can actually lighten--You have?" He giggled and tilted his head slightly so his bangs would fall away from his face. "It's the truth, however. If you ever have a question about anything, love, come to me first. Elizabeth, I adore your name. It exudes a fragrant sort of feeling, if you understand me. Oh, would you like a marigold? They're indispensable for soothing callouses."

"Why didn't you tell me there wasn't an exit in this hallway? It would have been helpful you know," AJ breathed, trying to formulate a plan B before either of them ended up shot or worse. "Do me a favor Zek, things are about to get ugly- if you know any prayers, you better say them now. We're going to need a miracle." Her voice was interrupted by the hiss and hum of blaster bits zooming past their heads.
"Oh, didnât I tell you that Iâm rubbish when it comes to directions?" The starâs laughter was probably too bright and too loud for either of their safety, but Ezekiel failed to notice. "I donât pray," he pouted, straightening Alyssaâs sleeve. "I told you Iâm agnostic, right?" The rest of his words were cut off by the zip of a blaster that just missed the ends of his hair. Zek immediately began braiding the loose white-blonde strands. "Do you happen to have a hair tie, love?"
"You could say that, yesâŚ" AJ replied with a strained hush. She wasnât trying to alarm the star but things were looking incredibly horrendous at the moment.Â
His question made her peel her eyes off of the wall she had been sizing up for the escape. For a moment AJ believed Zek was about to give her a helpful suggestion on how to get out of this mess. Her expression soured when he finished his inquiry. How could anyone be so casual and distracted in the face of death? Zek didnât even seem to be concerned in the slightest about the impending death sentence about to be passed over their heads. Instead he was worried about acting, for the love of Tash, she felt really concerned about his inability to concentrate on the real issues.
Hearing his continuation, she tried not to roll her eyes in annoyance. âSure Zek, youâd be wonderful,â she breathed hoping that Zek would understand that this was quite possibly the worst time to distract her.
"Just a little," she breathed in reply to his question of being loud. It was strange and rather new sensation having to strain so hard to keep her own temper in check with a friend.
She ground her teeth as she deflected several shots in their direction. Each blaster-bit hissed violently as it caressed the green blade of AJâs saber, the contact spread sparks in every which direction as if a firework had exploded with a glorious projected spray of light.
"Well Zek, funny you should ask. Since my death warrant has been signed it does," AJ glumly but patiently replied. She had fights like this rather frequently since Bram had taken ownership of her fatherâs kingdom. As unpleasant as the struggles were to endure, AJ would never admit to enjoying the challenge of survival. It reminded her that she could be strong if only she had the courage to press onwards.
"Iâll try to remember that, that is if we live long enough," she breathed patiently, in spite of her not being overly concerned with her hair. She turned her saber to the wall beside them, carving out a hole just large enough for them to escape from. But if the firing of blaster-bits continued in their direction, she would have to take a less conventional approach.
As Zek drew close to her, AJ realized that she should have used another command. He was uncomfortably close now, but AJ decided she would overlook it. His continued talk about the hair made her smirk slightly, âyou know anyone who cuts hair? Then you can have the pleasure of setting me upâŚ. that is⌠once again⌠if we survive.
When she heard him pause and stumble, AJ couldnât help but turn towards him. âAre you okay she immediately questioned. His reply about being alright made her smile softly.
"Loud complaints? Do you want me to carry you or something? Iâll do what I can to help," AJ replied sweetly. She may be fighting to save both of their lives, but that didnât mean she would with hold any kind of courtesy and assistance from Zek. It wasnât his fault that she was in this mess and therefore she would make his safety and comfort her priorities. Â
Of course her perfectly courteous requests for quiet only made him fight to bite down a sudden desire to giggle. He pressed his lips together and allowed the corners of his lips to wiggle about until he had calmed down. âIâll try oh so very hard to be serious, then, love.â Somewhere in the back of his consciousness he knew that it would not end nicely for them if he took the situation too lightly. âBut I donât have a single worry about our safety,â he added, âsince I utterly believe in your strength.â
Rather than be discouraged by her noncommittal answer, Zek launched into the subject with full force. âI would love to dab sequins gently onto the eyelids of a queen⌠no, a swan⌠a prince of frost, yes. The lights in the theater would refract beautifully when they strike those eyes. I could put some on you as well! Not a lot, perhaps a couple just at the corners.â The sudden burst of sparks startled him and Zek ducked more securely behind Alyssa. âGold to go with the lovely blue in your eyes.â
His own eyes widened to saucers. âYou have a death warrant? Do I have one too? Did you offend someone? ALYSSA love, I adore you, but did you wear corduroy and linen together?" The star pressed a hand over his heart. "I would never issue a death warrant for that, but it almost merits one."
He stepped very cautiously through the created hole, avoiding its red-hot edges. "Is that a promise?" the star asked enthusiastically. He latched onto Alyssa's arm. "I absolutely will find the best stylist for you!" Zek ducked behind her again as more things began flying in the air. "And we can lighten a few strands and give you highlights, again to bring out your eyes. Honey and vinegar would do it, and then of course there is olive oil to prevent your hair from getting dry."
The star lightly held onto Alyssa for support as he examined the bottom of his shoes. "It's alright," he answered with a doleful expression like a forlorn puppy. "I was planning on exchanging these for a new pair that I like better. Thank you," he sighed, as if the sight of his ruined shoes broke his heart. Promptly, however, he perked up again and gently gathered up a section of his dear friend's hair. "Will you entrust your hair to me, love?"
