going online window shopping was a bad idea cause i thought it would motivate me but all it did was make me have a meltdown over the fact that i can’t get new cute clothes for myself until i drop at least ten pounds :/

i think the most satisfying feeling in the world is being able to feel the bumps of my ribs even through my thick sweater

i’m so pathetic when it comes to having an ed... i high restrict for like three days max and then i binge. fmI

guhh,, i’m over my limit but only by like 200-300 cals. it’s so hard not to binge rn 😭 send help
