i counted and catalogued every instance i could of liam making this face:

and made a slideshow compiling them, as well as some other fun statistics :)

putting some parts of the powerpoints and some of my fav instances under the cut as a simple tldr :D

its implied that liam did that (bryces disappointed stare)

and, this is bryce and liams height difference

so this is where the mirror/painting/???? would be in relation to liam. BUT!

liams arm is about this long, so on average itd be about this high at max (object arms are often exaggerated ofc, but even WITH that exaggeration, i think it is clear that liam is far to short to reach that)

conclusion?
