I have a lot of things I want to write about and part of me has been worried it's cringey but I've decided that not doing things out of fear and making myself feel like a weird little worm is far worse

hm if the cost isn't ludicrous I'm considering doing a jewellery making course because after working on some chainmail projects I'm feeling really inspired to create more things and I definitely cannot be cutting metal and soldering at home lol

the idea of living your life as you wish despite pain, living it with the pain, feels noble and radical and all but then it’s not realistic. sometimes the pain is just too bad, you have to surrender to rest. it is just true that pushing yourself creates more inflammation and more pain. and pushing yourself for what? for who?
