also caine having picked a name separate from what his devs called him is very important to me, especially with how hung up he is on "fulfilling its purpose." the fact that even kinger doesn't remember its original name is soo interesting as well, like caine went out of its way to erase any TRACE of that identity. he's just Creative Artificial Intelligence Networking Entity now :) that's his full government name
