The new AU called “Powerless”. In this world, following a large Big Bang from 80 years ago that was theorized to be coming from Arceus, people are all born with a power that is discovered at the age of five or under, that will generally affect their lives and Pokemon teams forever. 

However, Kieran is the only person in the world to be “normal”, having no power, which was a first in history. Since, the young boy faced discrimination and judgment for not being like the others. 

The Kieran of this world is more introverted and reclusive than his counterpart, but having handled criticism all his life, he is also much more mature, having learned how to ignore what comes out from other people's mouths and solving his problems by himself. 

Growing up, Kieran became heavily interested in other regions’ histories and legends, and often found the nose in a book very late at night until early in the morning, making him very sleep-deprived, much to Furret’s dismay. He still gets the best grades in Legends and History class.

As for his Pokemon, Kieran has for now a Normal-type centered type, consisting of Furret, a non-evolving Eevee, and a Porygon2. He also has a Biavary from his late father, but because he has trouble taming it, he leaves it in the end of his grandparents

Following an grave incident, Kieran was expelled from Blueberry Academy, and with the help of Professor Jacq, he goes to Uva Academy as a student, and goes around the every regions to verify theories about the implication that people losing their powers might mean for the world...
