Sorry for the absence! I've been traveling like crazy- but I'm ending the spree this week at the beach where I'm spending my days on the dock, in the harbor and sound, and on the shore catching my dinner. Today wasn't that great, just two croakers and a handful of baitfish and a few dozen clams. I can provide, I don't need a man to provide for me! 💁 you can take the girl away from the lake, but she's still gonna fish!

I have The Knightfall collection- definitely one I can re-read numerous times. I was hoping the last movie would take after that storyline. Well, there are similarities- Alfred resigning, Wayne having to trust the citizens again (but no new Batman), Bane gaining help through other villains and criminals, breaking Batman's back. But Robin is added instead of being pushed to the side. Bane frees the prison instead of the asylum (unless the prison was the asylum? Because Scarecrow was in the asylum and he is shown as the judge. Love him btw, but I don't think they hyped up his methods enough- wasn't terrifying enough.)
