I was hesitant to post this lot for a long time. I built it last October for a project, and I waited a long time. In the end, the project was released without it... It has six apartments and a large woodworking factory. (There's also an underground fighting club.) You can make this lot both rentable and custom, and actually take your Sims to work shifts.

I've wanted to have this add-on in my game for so long, and now it's here! An overlay that adds sweat marks to clothing - under the arms, on the back, and around the neck.

Visually, it looks like wet patches, so it can be used not only as sweat but also as water stains for your storytelling (for example, after rain or an accidental splashing).

❕Important details:

• It shows up on most types of tops and with most colors - tank tops, T-shirts, hoodies, crop tops, but it may not work with some meshes (that's beyond my control).

• If your sim isn't wearing any clothing, the texture will appear on bare skin - that's normal (just remove the "ring" accessory slot).

• Available for all ages except infants.

hi i just made that funny beanie more normal looking bc who at ea keeps making the hats look like theres a whole rat cookin a meal under there. (obviously requires nifty knitting and overrides the original, has all lods but i only fixed the adult version soz kiddos)

Home Office Set - Part 2

Hello! ✨ It's been a while since I've made my own CC set, hasn't it? I'm excited to share a brand new addition to the Home Office collection which some of you may remember from a few years back!

The Home Office set was probably my favourite out of the sets I've made in the past, so I wanted to create even more objects for it! This set can be used as a standalone set, but feel free to download the first set as they do pair nicely! Over 35 new objects are in this set!

There are many new dining tables, bar tables and desks included, as well as some new wall panels. I've created a fully modular wall-mounted shelving set, and various wall décor as well, which is sure to turn any home office into a cluttered, but organised, space! There's also some new decorative lights and a door and archway set that pairs perfectly with the wall panels.

old american🩴pool🥤

I saw this photo and immediately wanted to build an old, colorful pool like this, where there's something for everyone to do (as always).

It looks abandoned in some places, but that was the idea from the start — it's a public pool for low-income families. It hasn't been renovated in a very long time, and honestly, it doesn't seem like anyone is planning to fix it anytime soon. You might even come across some mold here and there... and, to be honest, nobody really cares.

Anyway, good luck to your Sims — I hope they don't catch anything. 🤞

P.S. For an even better effect, you can recolor the water to a swampy green... then your Sims will be swimming not only with floaties and pool loungers, but also with unknown life forms. 🦠
