From across the world, more serious ailments are treated within Konoha hospitals. This efficiently raises prices of care, sometimes affecting the quality of treatment as well as overcrowding occurring. Tensions rise due to these developments; other villages are angry that Konoha is stealing away its patients while the people of Konoha, specifically shinobi, wish for their own hospital bills to not be raised due to the actions of outsiders taking advantage of their medical care.
