Fifty-eight days ago I underwent 3 surgeries, labrium, wing blade, and a complete reconstructed left shoulder. The left arm has been stuck to my waistline up until today. The inner stitches where removed and this photo is taken 10 min after treatment today. The verdict was uncertain if the arm would even move today, but no option but to move forward in getting started with the next big project. Stay Tuned.

I received recognition by a great bunch of kids residing on the east side of Oslo. We hung out for a while and they were curious about skateboarding and the World Record. I guided the conversation into how they can navigate their own lives, career or an interest and do anything they want. Some of these kids may not have all the same opportunities and/or guidance, so positive influence was important to share. If you have the chance please take some time out if kids reach out because it means more than you know. 

So stoked to coach and motivate the youth I met today at Drømmeukene 2014. The best achievement I've ever had occurred today.. better then any trick, or contest result. The truth is if you don't give back to your community and teach what you have learned then you haven't learned anything at all. Today was an honor.
