Criticism of men is definitely warranted, but that entire post is fucking awful, and acting like anyone trans - man or woman - sat down and "decided" to be a gender is completely fucking dismissive.  That men can be awful does not mean that you can say ~any awful thing you like~ and be immune to criticism

hey if youre cis and signal boosting that petition maybe look up various non-binary peoples objections to it first and maybe also consider the fact that the success of that petition doesnt sign non-binary genders into law or whatever, it just means that the american government has...

I don't think this petition's likely to change anything, but being scared of those politicians and keeping silent is precisely what they want.

Basically every conversation I had this past week.

“I’ve made a male half-orc barbarian,” you say proudly, putting your sheet down.  Somebody else at the table makes a halfling thief – the same race and class you played last campaign. He’s basically Bilbo Baggins. Another has made a sexy, gay elf wizard, which everybody rolls their eyes at, since she never plays anything different. She squeals regularly and always tries to hook her character up with male NPCs, and puts on an annoying lisp when she makes him talk. Your last player makes a female human druid, who he repeatedly insists is ‘black,’ doesn’t like to wear clothing and has no sexual boundaries. It’s creepy, but he’s generally a good guy, so nobody says anything.
