Mental health is important because it impacts their thoughts, behaviors and emotions. Having a healthy mental health changes an individual’s point of view in life, by having a positive point of view, it promotes the productivity and function of a person, in regards to school, work and more. Having a healthy mental health also helps in maintaining healthy relationships with people and helps you better adapt and cope to the changes in life.
